+ -1 moreJames turned out to be one of the kindest people I have ever had contact with. He was concerned with the problems I had on my wooden patio. However, he felt that he was not the person to do the repairs. In fact he gave me the name of a person that he trusted to do the work. As he was leaving I realized the wood patio door was open and I couldn't close it. I called out to James, and he came back from his car. He tried to fix the door, but didn't have the correct tools. He did get it closed, but it took a lot of physical strength. After all his time, he didn't even charge me for the visit. I highly recommend James!
Description of Work: My exterminator gave me the company (International Termite), and the person to contact, James McCall to help with termite eradication. Office: 714-536-1800. James: 714-536-1800 I made an appointment for May 28, 2015 at 10:00. At 10:08 James called to advise me he was running late. I envisioned hours, but no, he would arrive at 10:30. I was impressed! No two hour window for him.

+ -1 moreI had a quote done on a new house I bought - International termite was not the cheapest, but they provided a decent quote, and they did it when they said they would (unlike other companies who never even sent a quote). I had my house and seperate 2 car garage tented, and I also had some wood repair completed. Overall - wood repair looks great - and the tent went on when they said it would, and came off when they said it would. Exactely what I expected! Thank you!
