+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. I LOST ALL OF MY KEYS ASSOCIATED WITH MY HOME AND THEY CAME OUT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE PRICE THAT HE CHARGED FOR A BASIC LOCK-OUT WAS WELL UNDER WHAT I EXPECTED TO PAY. I ALSO HAD TO GET ADDITIONAL LOCKS AND KEYS AND I WAS NOT CHARGED EXTRA. IF I AM EVER LOCKED OUT AGAIN I WOULD USE ALLEN'S COMPANY AGAIN. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS HE DID NOT HAVE PROPER CHANGE.
