The estimate included obtaining a permit and removal of the heavy shake and hauling it away. I just discovered they did not do either and am seeking the advice of an attorney. I have made 5 attempts to contact the owner, to no avail.

These guys are not honest! I had some water damage from the heavy rains in January. I had them come out. He told me I need a new roof and quoted me $7500.00. I felt uneasy and didn't trust that guy and got another roofer's number from a friend. He was able to come out the next day, took one look at the problem and said he could fix it right then. It turns out I did not need a new roof, just some patching and the flashing repaired and installed properly. It cost a total of $350 dollars. That's three hundred and fifty. Not Seven thousand five hundred as I was quoted from these guys. On top of all that, I asked what the condition of the roof in general was and the new guy said the roof was in GREAT shape, even though he had every opportunity to try and take me for a ride for a repair I did not need. This guy is NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Use another company!!!! ($7500)
