Really liked this company. Web's painted the exterior of our house, they did an excellent, professional job. They were flexible with our issues, (changed my mind on color, dogs etc). they showed up on time every day and kept in contact. Any more painting we need done and we will definitely use Web's.

Scraped, sanded, stained and applied 3 coats of finish with sanding in between while working around the high winds that came up on 2 of the 3 days it took to finish Wayne did almost all of the work himself Exceptional job by an exceptional individual

Disclaimer: in terms of large-scale painting, I have only ever hired Web's. I've hired a lot of companies to do a lot of things, however, and I keep calling these guys. Price - they have among the lowest. Nice - they are always pleasant, and sometimes extremely personable and easy to talk to. Responsibility - they have come all the way back to my house on the west side to fix things. They also have stayed late to finish some small points I brought up. I'm a perfectionism fetishist so I have to add that they aren't perfectionists. they'll do a fine job for a fine price, but if you care about the little strip on the underside of your windowsills, or the edges of old paint on the unpainted surface next to where the new paint ends - a mistake made by a previous painter, but if they corrected it the window would look ten times better, or that the subtle surface texture matching be perfectly even on your cottage cheese ceiling repair, etc etc, then you have to guide them through it politely and not assume they'll do it just right, otherwise. Most folks think I'm too concerned about details with stuff like this, but everyone would agree that the perfectly edged window looks somehow better than the regular one, even if they don't know why. I believe a paint company that would be as detailed as I would want would cost twice as much and take 50% longer. Currently they came out to check out some small problems with the exterior paint job a year ago, and they told me they would be sending someone out more than two weeks ago; haven't heard from them. In the end, I have always been satisfied, and they have always been nice.

He is the greatest painter that we’ve ever had. He has come out several times to paint for us. The work is absolutely beautiful. The guy has an outstanding crew. They are very professional and do what he tells them to do right down the line. They have a tendency to do extra special things for us. As an example we had a wrought iron gate on the top deck of the patio that they forgot to include on the quote. He admitted that he forgot it and it wouldn't look good without it, so he went ahead and painted it at no additional cost. We had a spindle on the railing that was broken inside the house; he went and fixed it and put it back together. It looks just like the original and didn’t charge us for that. Regarding the price he is neither the highest nor the lowest. We really liked him and appreciated doing business with him. He is there and he is on time. He finishes when he says or sooner. We will definitely use him again. He gave us a bid for our bedroom and we will schedule that as soon as we get to it.

Wayne Webster was great. He personally monitors all work. His crew are neat and professional and they all worked their butts off. There was extensive repairs necessary prior to painting and he did it all work, often beyond original estimates without an issue. Even my neighbors told me that these guys worked hard all day even when I was not around. The work was done in a neat manner and all details were taken care of. The final results were beyond our expectations. Like having a new house. And best of all, his prices were great - much lower than most other estimates. I plan to have him back to do interior paint next.

WAYNE WEBSTER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS ALSO VERY PERSONABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
