Description of Work: I wanted a small, self contained rental unit built for income property. Warren Kreis Construction drew up the plans and built the addition from the ground up. This included obtaining the correct permits, the excavation, moving of meters, framing, dry wall, roofing, etc. Once the building was under way Warren Kreis added little touches like crown molding, window edging, etc. to add that warm touch that can make a house a home. In addition to being a contractor you can give him a picture of how you want a doorway, window or closet to look and he can make it a reality. The rental until is a small one bedroom that includes a full kitchen and bath. In addition to building the unit he installed all the flooring, appliances, granite counter tops, etc. Warren Kreis Construction does room additions, kitchen/bath remodels, new windows, or face lift for your home. He's a true craftsman when it comes to building something and it seems it's getting harder and harder to find that.. He's extremely dependable, honest and trustworthy and delivers on what is promised.
