Not knowing what type and kind of hardwood floor to use for my living and dining room, to replace the tired looking carpet, I turned to Consumer Reports for recommendation. Consumer Reports recommended highly a type of Bamboo hardwood floors manufactured by Eco Timber. Through the website of Eco Timber, they highly recommended Tri-Star Interiors and specifically to contact Steve Moses who is the Green Champion for the company. I immediate contacted Steve, who was very responsive and got back to me immediately to provide me with all the information regarding this excellent product, I amazed he even delivered some samples the same day. A few days later, he show up with his best hardwood installer to measure and to see what else is needed to prep the flooring to prevent any future problems. Next step, he worked out the best pricing he could possibly give us and since it was less than what I was expecting, I scheduled the installing immediately. The installer came on time, he was extremely efficient, fast, clean, and did a marvelous job. After the work was done, Steve came over to inspect the job and to make sure I was complely satisfied. With the new flooring, the Living and Dining room looks great while it completely change the appearance and the interior looks of the house.

Even though it was a small order Maggie helped us as though we were buying thousands of dollars worth of window coverings. She was very helpful, friendly, the man that measures came out within a day or two, and the blinds were installed within a week. I couldn't ask for anything more.
