I have used Sergio for years and he never disappoints. I had my condo walls, ceiling and doors painted. He is professional, always on time and extremely meticulous. He can spot a little area that a painter missed from across the room. I got 3 estimates before continuing with Sergio. His estimate was in the middle. I also had some mold in a bathroom cabinet which he took care of. While the backsplash tile could not be saved, he carefully removed the cabinet without damaging it to care for the mold, and replaced the backsplash with new tile then proceeded to regrout the entire counter so it all matched with the new blacksplash. Sergio painted my 2 bedroom condo including wood cabinets that need a facelift. He started with sanding my oak cabinets to the bare wood, making sure to remove the hinges so they will not be painted over. I wanted a high gloss finish for the cabinets and he did a fabulous job. This is definately a messy job with all the sanding, but well worth it. As he was doing all the work, he noticed the door knob plate was loose and some screws to other cabinets needed replacement, so he fixed it all without me asking. He is so meticulous in his work that he takes off all outlet faceplates and lighting fixtures that are flush against the wall or ceiling to paint rather than painting around them and when he finished, cleaned up so well that the only reminder that he was here, was the beautiful finished product. He is very professional, courteous and always on time. This is his first review and I cannot say enough good things about him, so if you are thinking about painting, give him a call - you won't be sorry
