Description of Work: I called to have a drain snaked out. Lee said that someone would come in 2 hours. A few minutes later he called back and said someone could come out in an hour. The tech arrived, was professional, polite and corrected my problem. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Tried to snake to main without a proper clean out, due to waste overflow outside. Excavated a section near house to snake and ran camera to find issue.Installed and performed pipe bursting 65 feet of new drain lines to the city main where there was a broken section. The pipe bursting technology is amazing. They didn't have to tear up my whole yard, just at each end. Installed a proper clean out and capped old illegal outdoor drains. Scheduled and got city permit. Replaced concrete and tried to match it the best they could.

Description of Work: Plumbing inside the house and outside the house. Replaced diaphram on sprinkler system. Cleaned the storm drain system.

Description of Work: After I flushed my toilet I noticed the water would'nt drain out, I tried the plunger but it still would'nt open the clog. I called a different plumber before I called Rooters on Time, and I was told they would come the next day. When I called Rooters on Time they said 30-60 minutes and a plumber showed up in about 40 minutes, quoted me a price and when I agreed, within minutes after that they opened the clog. He was a very friendly guy, when I told him sometimes my bath tub drains slowly he even snaked the bath tub drain to break up the hair and grease build-up in the same price.
