Juan Reyes is one of the very best people I have dealt with regarding home services. His crew is terrific, on time, do great work and their clean up is amazing. They are clean, professional and Juan is honest, nice and does everything he says will be done and more. Have done many projects at our house and this was one of the best and easiest projects to accomplish. Highly recommend Reyes Tree Service and happy to do so.

Monthly I pay them $100 and they come out four times a month, every week. They clean the yard up, they check on the life of the plants, make sure they're growing healthy and prune. They come out every Thursday.

It was expensive and it was worth it. We have somebody down the street getting yard work and they're stilling doing it because they wanted to do it cheaper. I can happen. You pay for what you get. They got everything done very quickly, very fast. In like three days they had everything done. It was really great. I still use them. They do our maintenance still.

He never showed up. Made an appointment to give me an estimate, and never came. I stuck around my place for an additional 4 hours, and never showed up. They don't value your time.

Very good. He was able to send his crew next day after an estimate. They did very good job, kept the area clean and cleaned up all debris. Will hire again in the future.

Reyes Tree Removal did a great job. The work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. They were very careful not to damage nearby sprinklers, drainage pipes or wiring for low voltage lights.

I called Mr Reyes last Monday morning and he picked up immediately. I described the problem and he said he'd be over to me that morning so I waited in. At noon he hadn't showed up so I went out. He finally showed at about 2pm, diagnosed the problem and shut the water off to stop the water loss. He quoted a price of $600 to replace four actuators with brass ones and we also discussed a much larger job to put in a drip irrigation system. He said he'd call me that evening to set a date for when he could do the work. He didn't. I called the following morning but nobody answered. I left a message. Nobody ever called me back. I eventually called another company and they completed the job today, one business day after I'd called them. Needless to say, I won't waste any more time trying to deal with this company as they're completely unresponsive.

Great job on front lawn by outstanding crew. Since they had extra grass left over they used it on the bad areas in back yard for no extra charge. This was a very good experience. Juan is a real gentelmen and expert at his work and has a great crew of guys.

To make a long story short, Juan Reyes ripped me off. I had him come over to do a written estimate for some landscape work. One of the things were two bottle brush trees that needed trimming. My gardners chargae me $100 to do that so I asked Juan how much it would cost. He told me $30 or $40 dollars. I told him to go ahead and do it. He finished and I paid him with a check. I was busy so didn't get a cheance to look over the bill (my bad) but I did look it over the next day and he had charge me $150. What? He told me $30 or $40! I would have asked my gardners to do it if I would have known that. Anyway, I tried calling him on three separate occasions and he never returned my calls. He obviously did not want to discuss the discrepancy in price. So bottom line, my mistake in not checking the invoice at the time I wrote the check. His fault for not calling me back to work out a soulution. Was the work okay? Yeah. But if you use him just beware as he'll bait and switch you like he did to me.

Juan was great! Quick response--he was at the property the next day. His quote, I felt, was more than fair considering the scope of work. His team expertly and speedily removed FIVE trees and pruned our 100 ft native Sycamore. The Sycamore is the most majestic tree on the block now, transformed from it's dumpy, lumpy, and hazardous state due to previous owner's neglect. Juan knows his stuff and obviously loves trees. He followed through with us to make sure we were satisfied--and we are! Highly recommend his company!

Juan came back with a verbal estimate very quickly. The written estimate was not as quick to arrive. The staff that came were very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the work done and how they cleaned the surroundings and swimming pool of the debris.

These guys are good. They were neat and made the trees look great. Juan (owner) was even helpful while giving the estimate. I was impressed. I'll have them back again. I don't recommend anyone who isn't the best!

The crew arrived and finished everything within two days as promised. They also came back a third day to check on the entire sprinkler system. Although, getting a quote and appointment can be a little difficult as they seem to be very busy, the work was done efficiently and as promised.

I have had two great experiences with the company, Reyes Tree Service & Gardening. First, I needed to remove two monster 100 ft. palm trees. I contacted several other companies and received really high estimates, but Juan Reyes was the only one willing to come out and look at the trees in person. His estimate was priced very fair and easily beat the other companies. His crew arrived early and skillfully and quickly removed the palm trees. After taking down the trees, they cleaned away the huge amount of debris and even carved out the stumps into gorgeous planters! After that excellent job, I decided to see what Juan could do to help beautify an area of dead grass in my front yard. He offered another very fairly priced estimate for landscaping. He worked patiently with me and provided his expertise on what would look best for my yard. We had great communication. Together, we picked out drought tolerant plants, beautiful rock and high quality decomposed granite. The results were spectacular! I couldn’t be happier with the way my front yard looks now. If you’re looking to get tree services, gardening or landscaping, I highly recommend Reyes Tree Service & Gardening. You won’t be disappointed because Juan Reyes is the best in the business.

Well, a bad situation was made better by Mr. Reyes and his Team!!! They were punctual, prepped for any falling branches, and then they cleaned up! No damage was done and the yard looked as good as I could expect it to after the work that had been done.

Juan Reyes quickly responded to my call and scheduled a meeting to provide a bid within a couple of days. We agreed upon a reasonable and fair price, and his crew arrived on time. The crew was sufficient for the work to be performed, were professional, diligent and completed the work to our satisfaction in the time promised. The furniture and potted plants were returned to their original locations and the work area was completely cleared of debris. We would not hesitate to utilize the services of Reyes Tree Service again in the future. Very pleased.

I wouldn't be going back to him if I wasn't happy.

He comes out every couple of years to trim my trees and check on the landscaping that he did for me.

There is nothing my wife and I (nurse and pharmacist) appreciate more than a professional, knowledgable and ethical company. All the glowing reviews I read prior to selecting Juan and his outstanding crew, were definitely not exaggerated.

It went really well, They gave me a very good price, that was better than other quotes. Came out quick to do the work. They were very pleasant to deal with. They discussed what was needed so we were on the same page. The trees look beautiful. They also gave me an Angies list discount which was very nice.

Service was great & price better than most of the competitors. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. Would definitely use Juan & his team again.

Mr.Reyes was prompt estimating the job. His crew was equally prompt, professional, and hard working. I highly recommend these guys and will probably use them again. Gracias Senor Reyes and crew!

Most of the work was done in one day and a small team returned the next day to finish up. On the first day, its was like watching a ballet, given the delicate nature of where the tree was located. The main cutter carefully worked his way up and down the tree while others worked the ropes and gathered the pieces coming down. They protected the windows with boards but nothing ever hit the house. They couldn't get the stump grinder through our side pass way because of our chimney. The other side would mean removing a piece of fence, which at first Juan wanted to do but it was just too complicated. In the end they brought a smaller grinder that meant more work for the operator but left our walls in tact! Except for a broken pvc water pipe which was inevitable with the roots and which was fixed today, the job was smooth as silk and the guys even took some 2x4's that I've had on the side of the house for years and needed to get rid of. The best part was delaying with Juan. He was great, understood our finances and treats his crews well (or so it seems). I highly recommend them.

I have to tell you, I am not just happy with the work Juan and his crew did, I am THRILLED!! I had originally call Juan out for an estimate to trim all of the trees and trim all landscape below the block wall in preparation for new fencing. Juan was right on time for our meeting. We went over my needs and he gave me an excellent price. From there I asked him about some additional work (removing a tree root, fixing the brick walkway and rebuilding the planter) and hired him for that. Juan is not only a nice guy, but I feel an honest contractor and very accommodating. His guys showed up on time, were pleasant and respectful, did beautiful work and their clean-up was impeccable. When Juan came by to start his crew on the second day of work, I asked him for an estimate on some landscaping work in the front yard, which I also hired him for. Again, his crew showed up on time, were not only pleasant and respectful, but uniformed and did beautiful work. I plan on doing more business with Juan in the future.
