+ 0 moreMy real estate agent connected me with Juan to do the sewer inspection for a house I (ended up buying). He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as just friendly, and he recommended installation of an epoxy liner to rehabilitate a 4 inch clay sewer pipe that had quite a few cracks. Then I bought the house and had the work done - I have to say that everyone I dealt with was very professional, and I was blown away by how nice everything looked when they were done - they excavated a clean-out in the front yard, then put everything back and it pretty much looked like they were never there, complete with wood chips all pretty and everything. They included a sewer video of the new installed liner and it looked great, and everything was done in two days. It could not have gone any smoother.
