We couldn't be happier with Mike Klotz! He did some handyman work for us when we first moved into our house a couple of years ago and he was one of the contractors that we contacted when looking to remodel our bathroom and kitchen recently. He was the fastest contractor to get back to us, gave us a quote quickly and took our opinions and concerns into account. While others gave us the runaround, Mike always answered our questions in a timely manner. He was professional, responsible, punctual and overall fantastic in every possible way. There was never a day that work wasn't being done, and we never once felt like we were getting the brushoff. His price was very competitive, and he made sure to do everything he could to come in at the budget we needed. We felt perfectly comfortable having him and his guys in our home when we weren't around as well. From this point forward he will be our first and only call for any construction or handyman needs we have.

They were fantastic. They were very punctual and very professional. Everything turned out fantastic and I have absolutely no complaints. They were very friendly, professional and respectful. They were willing to work around my time schedule. They just did a great job.

Mike was referred to us by a home developer. We asked Mike to bid on a complete remodel of our two home bathrooms, which included demolition down to the studs and floor joists, framing a tub enclosure, installing a drop in tub in one bathroom and building a custom tiled shower enclosure in the other. We requested insulating all walls and installing new wallboard, tiling the floor and tub and shower enclosures, installing new recessed lighting in each bathroom, relocation the plumbing in one bathroom, install new vanities, sinks, toilets, fixtures, crown molding (in one bathroom) and new bathrooms windows. Before we hired Mike we got one other bid. Mike's rates were very reasonable since he is qualified to perform several of the trades himself thereby keeping costs down. Mike showed up on time the first day and was there everyday until the job was completed. He always let us know what his plans were for the next day, who be be on the job, and gave us advanced notice if he had to change his schedule (which rarely happened). The work was top notch. Mike's attention to detail is reflected in the high quality of his work. He cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day The subcontracted tile work was also excellent. Mike completed both bathrooms in six weeks, and would have been done sooner except that we, the homeowners, ordered materials which caused delays. Working with Mike was a pleasure. He works quietly and diligently. To be sure, we will be asking him to work with us again in the near future.
