We just had a problem with the system put in 11 years ago ( before netting Mark) and had no heat for New Year’s Day. Called Mark the day after and he fit us into his already full schedule, came and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a few hours( we had to order a part). Mark’s the best!

I called Mark because my furnace wasn't turning on. I was able to get an appointment quickly, at a time that worked with my schedule. He was prompt, friendly, and most of all honest. The repair turned out to be a simple one, and he got the heat back on and made sure that it was coming through in every room in the house. He charged me for a maintenance call, and didn't try to pressure me or upsell me into unnecessary work. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again for maintenance and any future issues I have with the system.

I called Mark for an estimate to replace the whole HVAC system, including the ductwork. He showed to our appointment on time. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. After looking at the house and the attic, He went over some options. He emailed me a proposal and worked with me on picking the best model and specification to fit our needs and budget . It was a big job so I had a lot of questions and Mark answered all my emails promptly. His proposal was itemized, clear, and fair. I hired Mark to do the job. Mark and his crew showed up on time and got the whole job done in a day instead of two days. His guys were efficient and put a lot of effort and time to do some of the rewiring and piping correctly. They were carful not to litter and cleaned after each stage of the installation. I’m definitely satisfied with the job they did and I will recommend Mark to anyone who needs any HVAC service.

The AC unit was running very loudly and not cooling well. Initially we called Mark to replace the AC capacitor, but he also warned us that we would probably need to replace the motor soon as well. We had the same problem again a couple of days later, so we called Mark back out to fix the unit. He was responsive and on time both times. He was friendly and shared lots of information with us about how to troubleshoot and maintain our AC system. We'll be calling him again for our routine maintenance.

Mark changed the capacitor, booster and the first system started back up. Mark came by the next day to service the second system, not so lucky this time. He had to also change the frozen fan motor, but he was able to bring them both back to life. We happily paid $900 for both systems to be back up and functioning. Plus, during the winter our furnace sounded like there was a motorcycle in our attic. Finally, our AC stopped working altogether. We met Mark Brenner, who at the time worked for another company. We instantly took a liking to his professional and knowledgeable demeanor. In the end, we were not disappointed. He found that the root of our problem was a run-down motor in our condenser. Rather than waiting days or longer for the hard-to-find part, he offered us a unit from his personal inventory, and that he would get it to us ASAP. Little did I know that “ASAP” meant a couple of hours that same day! In no time, our AC was working again. My wife and I knew, however, that this was a temporary fix, and that our very old system had its days numbered. Sooner or later the whole thing would fail. A few months later, I learned that Mark had started his own company. I called to congratulate him, and to ask about a whole new AC system. He offered me an amazing deal, and I immediately accepted his offer. Mark got right to work. During the installation, he would provide updates and pictures of his progress. Within a few days, I had a brand-new beautiful system that hummed like a fine, well-tuned machine. AND, I couldn’t believe how comfortable my house could feel, all year round. Mark was very professional, he explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done to keep the AC running well. I am now using Mark/MB Heating and Air for my annual AC maintenance. I highly recommend Mark!

Mark has been working on my home as well as the properties I manage for years. He does excellent work for a reasonable price. He goes above and beyond and is super responsive.
