I called when my condenser failed during a long heat wave and was very grateful to get a service visit the very same day. Ericke found and repaired the problem immediately and finished up with a diagnostic system check and filter cleaning. How wonderful to be able to count on him after two decades!

+ -1 moreIn the end it turned okay. He didn’t do it himself, he sent another guy. The guy put the heater in the wrong place. It was a wall heater so he had to take it out of the wall and move it over a few inches to follow code. I am pleased Eric came out and had the guy redo it so it was correct, I just wish it would have been done right the first time.
Description of Work: He did my heating. He removed my heater and put in another one.
