+ -1 moreI GUESS IT WAS ADEQUATE. I PROBABLY WAS MORE ANNOYED WITH THE EQUIPMENT RATHER THAN THE SERVICE. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. I JUST STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: IT WAS AN ICEMAKER REPAIR.

+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS JUST HORRIBLE. THEY DID NOT FIX THE REFRIGERATOR RIGHT AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED CORRECTLY. IT DOES THE JOB, BUT NOT AS GOOD AS IT WAS WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT IT. IT IS HALF FIXED. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON THE WORK. IT BASICALLY SEEMED LIKE THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
Description of Work: FIXED THE REFRIGERATOR.

+ -1 moreIT REALLY IRRITATED ME THAT THERE WAS NO PLACE I COULD TALK TO A REAL PERSON. WE WERE GONE AND OUR REFRIGERATOR BROKE AND IT DESTROYED ALL OF OUR FOOD INCLUDING MY WIFE'S INSULIN AND ALL I COULD GET WAS A MENU ON THE PHONE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE INVERTER ON THE REFRIGERATOR.

+ -1 moreTHEY CLEANED OUT THE GAS PORTS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BURNER, AND REPAIRED THE BROKEN GAS LINE AND PILOT LINE. THERE WAS ONE PERSON WHO DID THE WORK. HE CLEANED OUT THINGS, AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO RE-LIGHT THE STOVE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE BROILER ON MY STOVE.
