He and his assistant were very efficient and polite. He is also an electrician and was very knowledable answering all my questions. I would definitely reccomend him and use GHS again in the future!

I had G.H.S. over to troubleshoot an electrical problem. He was very prompt and courteous in returning my call for service. Also, he was very quick to diagnose the problem, and repair it. I will definitely use G.H.S. again in the future. It's so great to find a company that you can trust to be professional, and to do good work.

The response from GHS on June 30, 2010 is an outright lie. When I contacted GHS originally, I was given over to a subcontractor, and it was that person who canceled on me. I did not explode and hang up the phone. I explained to him that it was unprofessional for him to cancel on my MINUTES before our set appointment, especially after he did that to me the day before. I told him that he should have known 5 minutes prior to our appointment that he wouldn't make our set time and could have called earlier in the day. To have my actions mis-represented in the attempt for GHS to save face is reprehensible.

Very punctual, polite and efficient. No mess, no fuss, no attitude. GHS is now my new electrical go to company. I am extremely pleased.

We scheduled the work, but in the interim I got a better estimate from someone else (someone I didn't know, so I still very much wanted to go with Gabe). Gabe was very nice about it and came down a bit in price, still giving what I thought was a very reasonable price. The night before he was going to come, he broke his ankle! He asked if I wanted to reschedule, or said he could send his partner Bob out instead, saying he really trusted him and would explain in detail what we had discussed. Bob was so great! We are SO happy with the work, and he did it all same day. I would highly recommend GHS, and will definitely use them again in the future!

These are the neatest, tidiest electricians I've ever used. I've never expereinced anything like it. I had already teed up my painter to come in after and patch and paint the holes I was expecting but there were NO HOLES. They were able to do the job with no mess at all! The two guys were very nice, very polite and yet personable so I felt like I was talking to real people. All in all, a great job and great guys. Plus I have another, larger electrical job that I am going to hire GHS to do.

We had a breaker pop and would not kick back on. Our fridge was on it, so we needed it fixed asap. I called GHS that saturday afternoon and Gabriel was out within an hour. He was very polite and professional. He clearly explained the issue and what our options were. I asked about having the whole panel replaced, since we recently bought the house, and in the home inspection, they reported on the status of system, which wasn't in good condition. The panel was about 30 years old and there was a double tap between two breakers as well. Gabriel laid out what would go into that and the cost, but did not push for either one, just gave his honest opinion. I choose to have the system replaced, but he couldn't start on that until Monday, so he leant me extension cords so we could get our fridge working again. Once they started the project, everything went extremely smooth. Their price was really fair. They stayed on top of it, dealing with DWP, keeping me updated all the time, and doing great work. They were very professional and the work was top notch. They even came out on a Sunday on their own to cover the exposed wiring/wall work since it was going to rain before the inspector could get out. It got approved by the DWP inspector with no issues. They also looked into some heating problems we were having and when they couldn't fix them, they referred me to a good heater repairman. Overall, I couldn't be happier with GHS. I would honestly recommend them to anyone and will continue to hire them for any work in the future.

Our kitchen light and garbage disposal were on an outlet that shorted out so often we could no longer safely turn it back on. We were thinking that we could replace it ourselves but as the only access to the faulty wiring was through a 1 foot x 2 foot crawl space, my husband was not looking forward to it. After months and months of no power, I was growing weary of having no light to wash dishes and running an electrical cord to operate the garbage disposal. After being stood up by an electrician before the Holidays (I assume that he was not looking forward to crawling underneath the house either) I called Gabe. Gabe and Bob showed up that week and worked on our wiring (that had fused to the old 1948 pipes) until everything was replaced and safe. It was a challenging job and they came through like champs. They even fixed our two doorbells, too! They were both very nice and professional and kept me informed on the whole process. It is a huge relief to know that I can now use my kitchen without risking the safety of my entire house! An added bonus: Their price was 30% less than the other electrician's quote. Woo Hoo!

He showed up on time and was very courteous. He looked young, but was very knowledgeable. He was very neat and used tarps to protect the work area. He worked two and half days without interruption and left everything very clean when he finished.
