When I called we went thru a quick troubleshooting session over the phone that did not resolve and a tech was scheduled to come out the next business day. Tech came out and troubleshot the system and then parts were ordered. When parts came in owner came out to install. There was still a problem and turned out to be the control board. He was able to get a replacement in under an hour and have it installed.

I like the quality of their work. They check everything from the wires to the connections. They open everything up and get in there; they do a thorough inspection.

They are very good and courteous, on time and they are an excellent company.

We interviewed a number of locally known & respected contractors in the area & this contractor , who does a lot of commercial & industrial work, was the only one to offer this size, quality, & efficiency for our home. Other contractors didn't want to take the chance that there would be problems with our older circuit breakers & some inaccessible ducting if they sized the system properly for our home (a 5 ton condenser for a 2200sf home). They rather wanted us to accept an undersized unit to avoid those problems but E G Aire was certain that they could work with both & they were correct. The price we paid was a little more because the size of the condenser was larger, the energy efficiency ratings for the units were higher, and because we asked for R8 ducting which was superior to the R6 ducting that most of the others, including E G Aire, were offering. The owner of the company worked with his crew on our job and was very good at trouble-shooting problems as they arose. The crew was punctual, well mannered, clean, hard working, respectful, and cleaned up well before they left each day. The contractor was good about stopping what he was doing & taking the time to answer our questions in such a way that we understood what he was saying- & we had a lot of questions. He also called us back a few months after the job was completed to see how the unit was performing. We were a little nervous in going with him initially as he was the only one of the firms we interviewed that was not on Angie's List but we were very happy with the service & quality we received.
