 + -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF HIS WORK (AND HIS CREWS WORK) WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN. WE RECEIVED COMPLIMENTS ON THE QUALITY OF THE PAINTING AND APPEARANCE OF THE HOME. IN FACT, ONE CLOSE FRIEND TOLD ME TO USE HIM (HENRY DOCTOR PAINTER) AS MY GENERAL CONTRACTOR BECAUSE HE IS HONEST AND RELIABLE. HE IS NOT CHEAP, BUT I WOULD RATHER HAVE SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST AND RELIABLE AND DOES QUALITY WORK.
Description of Work: I ASKED FOR DETAILED WRITTEN PROPOSAL. SOME OTHER CONTRACTORS REFUSED TO DO SO. HENRY DOCTOR PAINTER SUBMITTED HIS DETAILED WRITTEN PROPOSAL, JUST AS I REQUESTED. HENRY DOCTOR PAINTERS CREW PREPARED THE INTERIOR FOR PAINTING, MADE REPAIRS TO THE DRYWALL, AND PAINTED THE INTERIOR OF MY HOME. ALSO SANDED / REPAIRED MANY DOORS. THE SANDING AND REPAINTING OF THE DOORS WAS VERY LABOR INTENSIVE AND TIME CONSUMING. FIVE DIFFERENT COLORS (DIFFERENT COLORS IN DIFFERENT ROOMS). ALSO DIFFERENT COLOR FOR THE TRIM.
