Delta Chem-Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The owner is very nice. They always aim to please. They are here on time and Jose is wonderful! He does a beautiful job!

He was totally professional, and everything came out really clean. the outdoor cushions were especially dirty and he worked hard and did an excellent job.

the guys did a horrible job. They showed up and immediately run into problems: they complained about carpet being olefin, about it being dirty and did everything to up-sell the service. I ended up paying more then quoted for the same service as quoted. They did a horrible job and tried to get out of the job as quickly as possible. At one time I asked them to go over the carpet one more time since it still looked dirty and they resisted, I finally convince the guy and it looked a lot better. After paying full price and then some, I ended up hiring another company (pop & sons) and they did an amazing job - something that Delta Chem Dry couldn't do. to sum up - if you hire them, be prepared for their upsell speaches and poor quality service.

Initially, the pet odors were still present after the cleaning. Called the owner who said he would come back until satisfied. Smell dissipated somewhat over the next few days. i didn't find it necessary for his return. Only downside was a sticky residue left on the hardwood floors in the hallway where the equipment was. Owner is a great guy, funny and serious about doing a great job.

I did find a little damage to my furniture but they came back out to repair the damage. They worked hard and were very thorough.

The service went great. The owner worked with me well and I appreciated their flexibility. I had to re schedule the appointment and they were very accommodating. They showed up as scheduled. I will used the company again because they did such a great job. They did wear booties in the home as I requested. Two technicians, including Jose, came out for the job and aimed to please. They were able to move most of the furniture I needed moved. They were nicely mannered and I could not be happier with the service.

They were good. Their carpet cleaning was good.

They are great to deal with, very easy process and explained everything, even left me a rug cleaner without charge when they were done. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is very friendly, professional, took the time to explain everything, so very good. I will let them do the carpeting.

workmen arrived promptly, set up their equipment and began cleaning our carpet quickly. Work was done as promised in a timely manner. Extra attention was given to high traffic areas which was appreciated. Great experience.

Great experience. I called and they confirmed the budget package price of 89.00 and showed up when they said they would the next day. Carpets looked so much better. The only reason I gave them a B for professionalism is because I didn't get the Angie's list discount. Not a big deal because it would have only saved me $4.45. I will call them back.

I was quoted the price of $95.00 or thereabouts. The next day, it was hiked up to $130.00. When I asked the manager why the price was changed, he responded that the latter price was for deep cleaning. So, I opted for deep cleaning but was very disappointed to see the very same two stains I was concerned about were still there when the job was finished. I'm very sorry about this experience because I had read some very flattering reviews about the company. If you tell me you're going to deep-clean a carpet, I'm going to assume and expect the one dog pee stain would be removed and the other dirt stain to be completely invisible. I really wish they'd come back and re-do the job. However, the youngster who did the work was very nice and friendly.

Exactly the service I want, respectful, thorough, and hard working. I have a 30 year old carpet that I have maintained over the years and these gentlemen were so conscientious in cleaning it that I didn't have to worry they would ruin it. I definitely recommend them.

They are very punctual. They do a very good job.

The job went very smoothly. I was able to schedule the work within a week of my call. The technicians were friendly and helpful. I felt that the price, although higher than the original order, was reasonable and fair.

I would have these guys back - no question.

They are very responsive and flexible in booking me on a Saturday (which was necessary for me). They only sent one man and I believe the job could have been completed more easily with more than one person (it was a big job). The sofa took about two days to dry.

They cleaned my carpets to removed bad stains.

Theses guys worked really hard to get the carpet in the best shape it could. The carpet still have a few most probably permanent stain but they are not much visible anymore and it got back it's original color. Great job !

The company was great. They were courteous on the phone, came on the day appointed, and the work took the time they had estimated. The worker was very courteous and professional and he evaluated the stains and told me what to expect. He was able to remove most of the stains and the sofa looks new again. I was very pleased!

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WOULD GLADLY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

COMPANY WAS PUNCTUAL. THOROUGH, AND QUICK. I HAD CALLED AROUND, AND THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE.
