Description of Work: Paul Dansker and his team are amazing, top-notch painters for both interiors and exteriors! I first met Paul when my church hired him for a large painting job, which turned out to be fantastic! So, when my husband and I were getting ready to put our house up for sale, we knew we needed the exterior and at least some of the interior of our house painted. I called Paul who came out and emailed us a detailed written estimate that evening; he also told us ways that we could save money as well as improve the overall look through different kinds of paint. | |After cleaning the exterior and making minor repairs, Paul sprayed the stucco and siding and hand-painted the trim and other areas that couldn't be sprayed. The exterior took a little longer than anticipated to paint, but they were extremely thorough and detailed, and we are very happy with the outcome. Our house now looks amazing (great curb appeal for selling it!) especially compared to the other houses in our upscale neighborhood - even our neighbors complimented us on how nice our house looks!! | |For the interior, we knew we needed the entry, stairway, hallway, loft and kitchen painted, as well as the walls that they abutted; however, some of the walls were still in good shape, so Paul suggested that he could save us a lot of money by perfectly matching the existing paint and only painting the walls that needed it, and he did an awesome job of it! Additionally, Paul painted a bedroom that was royal blue on one wall and lime green on another wall; in his estimate, he figured 2-3 coats of paint would cover it, but as it turns out, those walls needed 5 coats of paint. Plus, Paul painted all door trims and baseboards on all the walls that he painted, and they look brand new! |Even though the exterior took longer to complete than expected, and the interior was a bit more complex than he originally thought, he stuck to his original estimate, which, by the way, was a great deal! Paul's bid wasn't the lowest one we got, but for the quality of work we received, it was certainly the most professional and the best value! | |I highly recommend Dansker's Painting for any home or commercial painting needs. Paul is a very skilled and professional painter and is knowledgeable (30+ years experience), personable, and affordable!!
