We found a contractor that we like working with more.

We have enjoyed the kitchen and kept in touch with him with questions. We thought he did a great job. His timelines were accurate; he said he would be in and out within 3 months and it was exactly what happened. He's trustworthy. He has a good demeanor so it is easy to deal with him. He listens to his clients. We would absolutely use him again.

During my meeting with the company owner, Victor Bernal, I requested that he include a breakdown of materials & labor in his bid. I also mentioned that his bid would be compared with those from several other contractors before I would make a decision. Mr. Bernal reacted apprehensively and seemed annoyed. He spent very little time taking measurements, and the estimate he faxed over contained none of the detail I asked for. When I subsequently spoke to him about this, he told me that it wasn't worth his time to provide details untill a contract was signed.

They did a lot of work for us. They are very good. Both bathrooms were stripped to the boards. I don't remember how much we spent because it was all part of a package. All the work was completed. I recommended them to other people who used them for major remodel These guys are the best in the valley. The pricing was really good. Although we had used them before for some major remodel, we had 3 people come in and give us bids and they were incredibly competitive. They were $2000.00 over the budget we expected. They came back to do other work on a much smaller scale. Both the bathrooms were remodeled 3 years ago, but at 2 different times. We used them again not long ago when they did some minor work for us.
