Juan is an installer; you buy the flooring from a wholesaler he works with. Juan met me at their facility and helped me choose appropriate flooring, which I bought. He gives a separate estimate for installation/labor. He saved me over $6,000 over the next best estimate, and did lots of extras (carpeted closets off deck, removed built-in shelving from a closet and installed double rods, etc.). You won't be sorry if you use him.

He laid the carpet in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. He is very neat, professional, and competent in his work. He also laid laminate flooring for me in the kitchen as well,and he did a great job. He did little extras little adding a curved carpet design that leads from the kitchen into the dining room; it looks really nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
