Very fast response, worked quickly, charged a fair price. Cliff was a nice guy who made some helpful recommendations. I would use them again.

It was so miserably hot! Justin, the technician came out very quickly, took a look and immediately diagnosed the problem. The condenser was so iced up that it took until the following day to melt off. Even though the following day was Saturday and Justin was not planning to work, he came back over to my house and fixed the problem. We’ve had the problem before. Candid charged HALF of what we paid before. Promptness could not have been better, service could not have been better and value was outstanding! We will use Home Advisor and Candid again for sure!

The service was excellent my furnace stop working and I called them at 8am and they were at my house within two hours diagnosed the problem provide me an reasonable estimate and repair my furnace. The service tech was polite and knowledgeable I recommend this company

Candid Heating and A/C were on time, honest and efficient. My air conditioning was not cooling. They came on the same day and fixed the problem on the spot. Total charge was $119 ($99 for the service call and $20 for a fuse.) They also cleaned my air conditioning unit. I would definitely use again, and definitely recommend their service.

Great service and came to the house right away!

We'd been dealing with AC problems since we purchased our home a little over a year ago. The line would freeze, very little air would blow from the vents, it would never actually cool the house to the temp we set. Under warranty, they sent 2 different companies on 2 different occasions (one replaced the blower motor, the other added coolant) but still the issues continued. Until thankfully I found Candid! Cliff came out right away and immediately found the leak in the line. He actually took the time to explain everything to me (I can't even believe how much more I know). He gave me all my options & pricing & never once pushed any of them on me or tried to up-sell anything. It turned out our current unit was almost 20 years old, it was too small for the square footage since the previous owners did an addition, and the intake was a tiny little space basically suffocating the entire system. He basically gave me the knowledge I needed to make an appropriate & cost effective decision. Now we have a new AC & furnace & a return duct that can accommodate the air flow. His pricing is far better than others. Especially when he goes above & beyond to make sure every single detail is taken care of. Seriously did more than we agreed upon because he's that kind of guy who wants to do the job & do it right the first time. I'm a highly satisfied customer & would recommend Candid to everyone. Bring on those triple digit summer days - we're ready!

Very good work. I just called them again because heating unit wouln't come on. This time Dustin came. He was on time and fixed the minor problem in a few minutes. Didn't try to upsell me that I needed a major repair. Highly recommend

Showed up when they said they would, very professional, explained what they would do, encountered an obstacle but found a way to get a round it and even though it may have been a little more difficult, did not increase the charge. Would definitely rehire or recommend them to others. Considering hiring them for other services.

The techs at Candid are Very Highly recommended, Knowledgeable Professionals , Friendly and punctual. They solved my problem first time, altho three other different companies did't know what the problem was. I can;t thank them enough.

Cliff arrived promptly at my rental condo to give me an estimate. He spent almost an hour and did a great job of analyzing and determining the source of my problem, and gave me a proposal. The next morning when I told him he had the job, his crew was at the condo within about an hour. They completed the work that same day in less time and at less cost than I had originally expected. Cliff and his crew did a great job and I highly recommend them. Everything is now working perfectly. My tenant who was suffering from the heat is also happy with the results and how quickly the work was completed.
