We had the owner Cliff check our HVAC system as we recently moved into a new home. The air was running all day but the inside temperature kept going up! Cliff spent over two hours with us explaining everything in terms we could understand! We needed a new system and it was installed two days ago. We were very happy and would highly recommend Candid. Modern efficient HVAC systems are much more difficult to diagnose when they malfunction. These people responded within hours, and fixed promptly such a complex system in which more than one subsystem had problems. Furthermore, they provided important and sensible advice regarding preventive maintenance to ensure that the other components of the entire HVAC system continue to function properly.

I had recommendations from many people. All of whom came out and told us completely different things about our unit. Some of them absurd. Within moments of coming onto Homeadvisor I was called by Viviana @ Candid who immediately put me through to Cliff their repairman. Cliff is completely knowledgable, prompt, kind and made perfect sense. He has fixed our problem. I have already, and will continue, to recommend him and Candid to everyone I have ever met in my life. Unlike other companies you knew there were no charges for telling you cause of the problem and gave you the printed options plus alternative solution/costs. Welcomed the senior discount and we're no longer seeing icicles in our home. A satisfied customer who knows his friends should call Candid.
