Cliff arrived within the appointed window and quickly performed the preventive maintenance. He explained what tests he was performing,determined what part needed replacement and identified some duct sealing that should be done in the future. Very personable,friendly and professional. Definitely will call him for future AC maintenance.

Cliff and his helper (sorry I did not get his name) were professional competent cheerful and eager to solve my air conditioning problem to meet an emergency in my family. Finally I have found a reputable honest heating and air company. I am a happy satisfied customer and highly recommend this company.

Never thought I would take the time to write a review for someone to clean our air ducts, but it is well deserved. I called on Wednesday evening and they showed up the following morning exactly on time. Cliff is the owner of the company and performed all the work with his partner. Although our home is small, they spent at least 3 hours cleaning every vent in the house. They moved our dryer out of a tight, narrow space to access the exhaust. Then, they climbed through our attic and on top of the roof to ensure every airway was clear and unobstructed. He made certain our furniture and floors were protected with tarp. When they finished, they even vacuumed our carpet and wet mopped our hardwood floors! Prices were very reasonable. It is nice to find a service technician who takes pride in the quality of his work and cares about his customers. We will definitely use him again in the future.

I had another company come out and not get the job done. Cliff immediately returned my repair request and was over in 30 minutes. He explained everything, did a thorough inspection and diagnosed the problem. No major repair needed. System up and running!

The guys showed up a little late but that was not an issue. Cliff diagnosed the problem right away and even though it was past 6 in the evening, he went ahead and did the repairs and checked that everything was working properly before leaving. Cliff also advised me of some other services that should be performed and explained why. I thought that the cost of the repair was quite reasonable. I intend to call back and schedule a full tune up of the system before we get into the heat of summer. Thanks much. AMW

Cliff was just here for an initial service call and assessment of what needed to be done to correct a very minor problem with my heat pump system, which is very old. I couldn't be more impressed. He and his assistant spent almost 2 hours here. He went over his recommendations with me, and didn't try to up sell me on anything. To the contrary - he lived up to his company name, Candid, and was very straightforward about one of the possible repairs, which he said might or might not help. He also did NOT try to push my getting a new unit now, but just told me that I should start planning for that expense. My unit is 30 years old, and still working well (knock on wood), but I'm sure a lot of companies would have tried to talk me into replacing it now. Cliff is coming back next week to do the repairs we decided on, and I'll update my review then.

This was my first time using HomeAdvisor and it turned out to be a good experience. I was given three referrals all with favorable reviews. I decided to go with Candid Heating as Cliff was in constant contact with me throughout the selection process. He was professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything before doing the work. I was impressed by the outcome, and will be using his company again in the very near future.

I called to have our heating unit tuned up...Cliff was great. He showed us where we were having major problems on our old and too small unit. We asked for an estimate on a new, larger unit and he gave us an extremely fair price including installation and new ducts. Scheduled to start Monday....he kept in contact with us and provided us with great scheduling and communication.
