Responsive. Clear communication. Excellent work. Clean - they were all over the house for a day and at the end you never would have known they were there - except that the A/C was working. Dependable - did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would do it. Cliff is a professional in every sense of the word - and an AC expert.

Project: Completely removed AC/Heating apparatus and installed new equipment. Candid (Cliff) is a first-class operation that I highly recommend and will continue to use in the future.

Cliff is very professional and friendly. I have learned much about HVAC from him. Candid's pricing is reasonable, about 2/3 in comparison to the quote from the original installer. It took a while for Candid to call back but other than that, everything is great. Definitely I'll call Candid again for future AC issues.

I'm glad that I hired Cliff. I had to leave town and Cliff took care of the new replacement of one of my rentals.Cliff saved me money , Cliff is trustworthy and professional.

Cliff was awesome. Called right away and was out here in half an hour. He is very good at explaining to you what he finds and showing you so you understand. We did end up having him install a new unit along with the correct line for it. He came out on a Saturday, worked until it was done and gave us a great price. He was also very patient with my grandmother. When he realized his initial fix would not work (the panel kept shorting out and was not safe to run with sparks and burning wires), he did not even charge us for the work he did that first day. Very professional and honest.

He immediately fixed the unit by replacing a capacitor. He also recommended replacing the fan motor. I'm not sure that a new fan motor was required or not, but Cliff gave me an excellent price, and may have even lost money on his low estimate. He arrived on time in a few hours, the work was carried out professionally, and he cleaned up when done.

Technician called and was courteous. Made an appointment Immediately and arrived on time . Was able to identify issue and correct. Was very professional and thorough. Very knowledgeable as well. Would recommend and use again in a heart beat. George

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Cliff. He explained the cause of the problem and explained what needed to be done. He came directly from another job as soon as it was finished. Charge for approx. $25 dollars of heating capicitors and an hour of labor was approx. $275 dollars (pretty excessive in my opinion, as I've replaced them at our old home in about 1 minute, not considering drive/purchase time), but when system failed 48 hours later (weather temperatures below freezing at the time), the service rep. was back within an hour, spent nearly two hours correcting a venting problem with metal duckting, and resolved the actual problem (which three visits from another company hadn't fixed), at no charge, which was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, but I'd buy/install new capacitors, and watch a YouTube tutorial first!
