Gabriel, the owner, is very nice, knowledgeable and considerate however his workers aren?t so much. He said my house wasn?t going to become very messy, dusty and everything would be covered in plastic. Unfortunately everything was not covered in plastic like my computer, couch, rugs, floor, and it was so unbelievably dusty the fire alarm went off. In addition, now I have a big crack in my ceiling from the workers. One worker was talking to me, standing on the ladder when someone one from above stepped on the ceiling, almost falling through the ceiling, and the guy on the ladder had to press up on the ceiling where it was cracking, and yelled to the guy in the attic to get off, then lied about it to my face when he was talking Gabriel and I about it. They put the wrong sized filter or it was defective and slammed open and shut and did not filter the air properly cause of the gaping whole. He came back to look at a lot of issues and put tape on it and said he would fix these issues and I have left numerous messages and none were returned. After he got his money he was gone. My advise is do not give anyone the final payment until the job is completely complete. Finally one of the workers left the gate open and let one of my dogs out. Then tried to tell me that my dog opened the gate then said the dog jumped over the gate. It was the biggest joke in the world (my dog is 12 lbs). Subsequently found out that it happened before and they had to pay $800 dollars for lost puppies. Do not leave your animals unattended with them. I can only imagine if I was not home to save my dog from all the cars. This was the final straw and because of this experience I signed up on Angies list. This is my first review .

I also used them a year ago. They got the job done. This is a special unit, not a really common unit that I have and they are the only ones who seem to be able to work on it. They are professional.

After the ignitier was replaced the heat worked for a moment while the guy was there and then stopped later that evening. He came by a second time and said the heat worked and left again quickly. On a third visit we made him wait to check that the room was heating up. It wasn't, the initial burst of warm air was just from the warm attic air being blown in. We sent him back up in the attic to discover the temperature gauge was shot. he said he'd order the part and get back to us. After 3 calls and 2 months he still hasn't. Getting someone on the phone there is not easy either.
