Agosti's Moving and Storage

I'm updating my review after settling in to my home and unpacking, and I give these folks a C. Kristin and Carlos are nice enough people and very responsive. But actions speak louder than words. I am tired of contracting people who are superb and courteous talkers. I am not paying for talk. I am paying for work. Great service by phone that is not at all backed up with action and is simply talking the talk, not walking it. It's not customer service, it's lip service. We had issues with this move, a broken mezzuzah that was swept under box to hide it, a broken antique chair, dents and dings on very, very expensive furniture, mismanaged packing and moving resulting in work files accidentally being taken (another language barrier issue with their foreman). On every complaint, Kristin and Carlos were sorry but recommended ways to cope without their lifting a finger to help. Moving is stressful and niceness is hard to find. However, this is business. We don't pay for nice, we pay for work and satisfaction.
