At Affinity Inspections & Termite Management Inc. we have decades of experience in termite management, including local chemical treatment, heat treatment, and fumigation. When it's necessary to do wood repair in coordination with a treatment, we have experienced carpenters on staff to handle repair and replacement of damaged wood. We provide full escrow level inspection and report services at reasonable rates, please request a quote. While we do charge a $65 inspection fee for local termite issues, for return residential customers we can offer a credit back upon job completion! Please reach out for all your anti-wood destroying organism needs!

We’ve been working with this great small business for many years now. Termites can destroy the structural integrity of your property that’s why it’s so important to have great termite professionals. These guys know everything there is to know about these pests and they are true professionals. We have done everything with this company, tenting, heat treatment, and spot treatments across the portfolio, businesses, single family homes, and multi family properties. Always have successful results and good practices. Honest and reasonable. Thankful someone referred us to them!
