Don't waste your time with this company their communication is horrendous and they do not comply with any of their so called warranties. I highly recommend looking elsewhere because I am shocked as tp how they have such high ratings! I have been trying to get my ac fixed that they installed provided for over a month. Both myself and my realtors have been in contact with them and after a month of emails and phone calls they all of a sudden say they aren't at fault even though at first they said it "worked". Never use them horrible company and standards!!!!

From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their professionalism and attention to detail were clear. They took the time to answer all my questions. My husband I a recently completed our total home renovation with Amit, Yoav and the team at Adar Builders and could not be more happy with the process. We met with many contracting teams and knew that Amit was the guy for us when he sat for about 20 minutes in our Master bathroom to try to figure out how to get my dream bath tub to fit inside it - the other contractors we met with just said it was impossible the moment they saw the space. This same feeling followed through the entire experience. Nothing was impossible or too big of a task for Amit and his team. Amit gave us a timeframe of when the project would be completed when he started with us (4 months for our 2200 sqft home) and really stuck to it. I was nervous because the 4 months was close to our due date for our second child, but Amit made it happen exactly when he said it would. Amit made himself available to my husband and I at any time, no matter the circumstance. I am not the easiest person to work with at times - I am very particular and specific, have very high standards for quality work, and Amit and the team exceeded all my expectations. Amitâ s attention to detail, patience, speed and INCREDIBLE memory make him and his team an amazing choice. My husband and I sit in our kitchen and cannot believe we have our dream kitchen - itâ s the most beautiful space and I am excited to be able to entertain. We originally used Colby to remodel our bathrooms, so when we needed things done outside we contacted him again. We knew we could trust him to get things fixed for us and it would be done timely.

Was lucky enough to learn of ADAR builders when my parents were looking around to find a company that could convert their 2 car garage into a 2 bedroom ADU for my family of 3. We met with Colby in early 2023, discussed ideas and he got back to us right away with plans & the next steps quickly. Construction started 2nd week of August and wrapped 2nd week of November! We are now moving into a fresh cozy space right before the new year and holiday! Colby was always quick to respond, the workers were efficient & neat and the project was completed way before the estimated date. Definitely contact them for your construction & remodeling needs!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Adar Builders on a comprehensive home remodel in the Hollywood Hills that spanned over 10 months, and are happy to share our positive experience. From the initial design phase to the final nail, they turned our 1970's house into a modern dream home. Clear and Transparent Communication: Right from the get-go, Amit and his team excelled in clear communication. The bid process was thorough, as he meticulously went over every element and cost, ensuring that we were on the same page. After 50 + years in our home and innumerable construction projects and contractors we were reluctant to launch into another. We contacted several for quotes and although they weren't the least expense, we chose Adar. It was a revelation. They always showed up when scheduled, the workmen/artisans were a delight and Alon was with us through the whole project. We could not be more pleased. Amit, our project director, listened to our ideas and and gave us suggestions on how to implement them. We saw Amit many times during that initial phase, always refining and making sure that our plans were clear and concise. Talking about a project and then seeing 3 dimensional plans brings your project to life. Looking at our planned addition, with our actual furniture, gave us a realistic view of what could be accomplished. As we listened to Amit we knew that we were in good hands, and our project would be successful, brought in on time and budget. As you decide on what construction company will handle your project, donâ t be afraid to ask questions. Ask how long will it take to complete the project. Finally, lock down a price so there are no surprises at the end. Remember to be flexible when it comes to the timeframe, things happen (rain delays, illness building supplies out of stock). Also be aware that you will probably make changes to your plan, adding and subtracting items. This will affect the timeline and even the cost. Our house had a very old roof and had some leaks during the rains this Spring. Based on seeing their work in our neighborhood we called Adar Builders and met with Amit. He came to our place and spent quite a bit of time inspecting our roof and attic and having a frank discussion with us about what we wanted. We felt like we could really trust Amit after that first day. He gave us suggestions for different options and costs and we decided to proceed. Amit was present and involved in all the work happening from the first day and he gave us daily updates on what was done and what would be happening next. The crew was efficient and each day cleaned up so well you would never know a major project was in process. There were zero unexpected findings or events, and at the end of about a week we had a beautiful new roof, new attic insulation, and new gutters. There is a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in taking on large projects in our home, but having a partner who absolutely knows what they are doing and whom we could trust from the beginning made the process so much easier. We are very happy with the result and there is no question that we will be working with Adar Builders on our future projects.

I canâ t say enough good about ADAR Builders and particularly about Alon Hefetz, my Project Manager who is a great ambassador for the company. From initial visit to determine the scope of work, developing a plan of action and a detailed cost estimate he was very responsive, professional and respectful. The workers were very considerate, efficient, and very neat. Alon helped me with my insurance claim for which I will be forever grateful. From the central office, the owner visiting, to the finishing workers the experience was all positive and the project was completed to my total satisfaction. Adar is a family run business. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO WORK WITH AND RESPONSIVE PEOPLE IMAGINABLE! They are extremely efficient and they get the job done quickly. Our experience with them is an A+++. They renovated our entire house, from top to bottom. The house renovation included: new plumbing, electrical, new kitchen, new bathrooms, a new laundry room, new butlers pantry, new hardwood floors throughout, new crown molding, some new doors and paint throughout. Their team of people kept our house clean, which I appreciated. Adar Builders, Inc deserves the highest recommendation possible and I am happy to give it! We loved working with them.

They were very timely in completing our project. Our project manager was Colby and Gabriel and Roj completed the work. Both bathrooms turned out great and it was the best experience we have had when it comes to contractors we have hired. They showed up when they said they would and both bathrooms were completed in a month. My husband and I would recommend them.

We really love our home addition (new master bedroom/bathroom/closet)!! We upgraded our AC/heating, rewired the electrical, took out a wall and replaced flooring throughout. Colby was our main point of contact and the whole Adar family is great. Everything from the beginning ideas, to plans, permits, to construction, everything went well. Any hiccups were addressed.

All the workers were professional and respectful of my property. Colby Benton went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. I had the pleasure of also dealing with Johnathen Elkies and Tony! All very professional and did excellent work. Made it very easy for me. Great company!

I worked with Amit and team last year to remodel my 1970s condo bathroom. They completely gutted my bathroom and replaced everything in less than 2 weeks. When my bathtub was delayed they went out of their way to find one "nearby", was still an hour and a half away. My dad who has been in the tile business for 40+ years said they did an excellent job installing all of the tile. Would highly recommend Adar Builders to anyone!

I just completed bathroom remodeling with Colby and Gabriel from ADAR builders. They understood my needs and were very responsive throughout the process. I had detailed requests and thankfully they took care of those. The office, PM and staffs effectively work together and professionally dealt with permits and HOA. We cannot say enough good things about Amit and Adar Builders. Amit and his team treated us like family from the day we met, and guided us through every step of the renovation process. Amit listened carefully to what we were envisioning, and his talented associate, Snir, created striking 3D digital designs of exactly what we had in mind. They were detailed right down to the style of the bathroom mirror that we needed to create the look we wanted. If you are unsure of how to choose just the right colors and styles to achieve the look you want for any project, there is no need to fear. Amit actually went with us to the tile store and spent over an hour helping us coordinate the colors and styles we needed to achieve the look we wanted. He also spent a lot of his own time searching for things that we needed to bring our vision to life, such as the vanity and fixtures that we needed for the bathroom. If you are concerned at all about having strangers coming in and working on your house, you do not have to worry. The people that Amit has assembled to complete each job, which in our case, included painters, electricians, plumbers, shower reconstruction specialists, etc, were all very warm, kind, and most of all, professional. They did expert work, and took great care to make sure that we were happy with each step. We always felt comfortable having all of them in our home, even when we had to go to work and leave them here alone. In addition, Amit's communication with us was consistent from day one. He kept us updated every day about which workers were coming the next day, and what time they would be here. We could always trust that everything would happen when he said it would. He checked in on our projects in person on a regular basis, and made sure that we knew that he truly cared about us and about the work that his crews were doing for us. In short, Adar Builders are the BEST!

We just completed another project working with Adar Builders. You cannot go wrong working with Adar Builders, they really take the time to get to know you and understand your taste for your project. Weâ ve remodeled our kitchen and now our master bathroom and the quality of their work is fantastic. The Adars have a wonderful family business and we look forward to the next time we get to work with them!

Our bathroom was still decorated from when our condo was built in the early 80's. We REALLY needed an upgrade. We finally got the courage to call some contractors and we got four different estimates. Adar Builders was the last one we got. Amit quickly put us at ease. It was a little more expensive than the others, but it did offer some things the other ones didn't. Plus, Adar Builders had Amit, Tomar and their dad Yoav (great guy). We got a custom vanity with square sinks, one giant mirror down to two medicine cabinents, tile flooring, rainfall shower head, fully tiled shower with bench, a very fancy shampoo niche and everything repainted. They came in, put up a plastic door with a zipper to keep the dust confined and started the demo process. Adar Builder guys were very nice and respectful. Yoav came by just about everyday to make sure everything was on track. In the end, we LOVE it. We'll never regret this upgrade, it's just beautiful. We are considering Adar Builders for some other things we want done around our old condo. Thanks guys! Note: This review was posted when the job was about 95% done. Everything was great til the final details. We've been having a little trouble with that. I'm sure we'll get this addressed very soon. I still love these guys.
