USA Air Duct

Very responsive and professional. We thought we had a dryer vent that was clogged with lint, etc but turned out there was a bird nest(s) causing the issues. Cleared the nests at the quoted cleaning rate and all is fine. I had to cancel our initial appointment due to a last minute conflict and they were very accommodating and understanding. We were able to reschedule quickly for another time that worked.

The company promised to clean up to 10 air ducts for $49.95. I asked if there was a catch and would they be fully cleaned at that price and they said yes. It was the special they were having. When they arrived to do the work they said it would be $260 to do it properly. I mentioned the special and they said my air ducts would require more work but they could do a simple sweep out of the air ducts for that price. I said I would like that done and they decided they didn't want to do it and left. It was a complete scam.
