We are sorry to learn that you are now dissatisfied with our services. After our installation, (early November 2010) you were very pleased with our work as you expressed satisfaction. You notified us recently (Feb 2011) that you had a security system recently integrated into the remote which we programmed in Nov 2010. and that you were now experiencing a problem with your system. You mentioned the system was working perfectly prior to the security system integration. We offered to recheck your system and you responded “Let me think about it.” It is unfair to place such a negative rating when your system's problem existed AFTER someone else integrated another system into your remote. We, however, still thank you for your business and hope you are now enjoying your system as you were enjoying it prior to the additional security system integration.

Ron installed my system on 11/27 and he was very professional, skillful and knowledgeable. It The TV mounting was made more difficult by the fact that he had to go through the drywall to the brick underneath. Two weeks later my amplifier suffered a mechanical problem and Ron came over right away and helped troubleshoot the issue. As we were within the 30 day warranty period, Ron was able to immediately replace the amplifier with a new one and reconfigure my system. In a matter of hours, things were working perfectly again. Major hassle avoided. Thanks Ron!
Description of Work: Mount 55" Vizio Flat Screen on wall above fireplace. Purchase and connect Blu Ray disc player to TV Purchase and install sound bar, subwoofer and amplifier. Configure system.

This is a very meticulous, polite, focussed man who is extremely responsible and thorough. I had another guy do the original set up of all the equipment. That guy took forever, and charged an INSANE ammount. Ron was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I would recommend him for any job with home theater set ups.
Description of Work: Bought and installed VCR, installed Blueray Disc Player, reprogrammed programmable remote, cleaned up the mess of my set up of my son's gaming systems in his room.

SOS is wonderful. Estimates were right on, Ron understood what I wanted and recommended solutions for our small space. He communicated well and was extremely professional. Great problem resolution and would not leave until the job was done right. I would definitely hire SOS again (& probably will!).
Description of Work: SOS purchased & installed a new receiver, CD player, speakers, kitchen speakers, & outdoor speakers as well as an RF universal remove to operate it all, and tied it all in with our current TV, DVD player, & satellite DVR/receiver.

Description of Work: I am so thrilled with my home theater design! I had SOS (Standing Ovation Surround Sound Services) install a 52 inch plasma TV, surround sound, 5.1 speakers with concealed wiring in my den. It looks and sounds FABULOUS! SOS was very patient with my weak home theater knowledge and everything he suggested was absolutely right on target. Not only am I and my husband enjoying our home theater but, our friends and family hang out more often at our house and enjoy it as well. I can't wait until SOS design our multi zone outdoor patio and pool area. Thank you SOS, you truly deserve a Standing Ovation!!!
