Super happy!

I would like to share the great experience that I had with Spazio La. I always hear about other people having a bad contractor, so I was a little hesitant at first but after interviewing 4 different contractors, I decided to give Spazio a chance, they seemed really genuine when we met at my house and I really liked that they provided a designer to design my bathroom and kitchen. My condo is not really large but I was hoping to have some fresh ideas on how to utilize the space better. Essi, the designer, was really great with his suggestions he even provided a computer image of my new kitchen and bathroom. The entire project was really smooth, there were some minor details that came up , but they were right on top of things and always fixed any issues that arrived. Overall, I had a very positive experience and I am really grateful to the entire team of Spazio.

We Just completed a bathroom remodel with Spazio LA. Our bathroom was never remodeled so it was stuck in the 30's. We wanted to get a more comfortable layout since the shower was very small with low ceiling and ugly tiles every where. David and Essi camp up with a great layout and provided us with a 3D design image that looked like a real picture. The entire project was completed in almost four weeks and we are extremely pleased with their workmanship and their professionalism. All the workers were very respectful and cleaned the job site every day after work. We could not be happier with Spazio LA, we will defiantly use their services again in the future.

I want to thank the team of Spazio LA for the amazing master bathroom makeover they did in our home. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine, and they delivered as promised. Let’s start with the design, we had an idea of the style we wanted to go with but we were not sure how it will all work out in the end. Essi, the designer, listened to us and understood right away what we were trying to accomplish. He sent us several inspirational images and proceeded to create the bathroom layout, he then spent with us almost a full day at different showrooms to choose fixtures, tiles, wall colors and other design elements. He was amazing to work with, and he was really patient with us. Once we selected all the materials, he provided us with a 3d image of our future bathroom. We gave him the go ahead and they started the remodeling the next day. After 4 weeks of everyday people working in our home, we now have a dreamy master bathroom which we will enjoy for many years. We are really happy we went with Spazio LA, we are definitely going to use them again for our outdoor project next

We were referred to Spazio LA by a family member and they did not disappoint. We bought a town house in Reseda and we wanted to remodel it completely. We wanted to remove a wall between the living room and dining room so they provided us with engineering details to do so. Essi, the chief designer, designed the open floor plan and created some great built-ins on our living room walls. We remodeled the entire kitchen, three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. David, the project manager, was super knowledgeable and was periodically visiting the job site checking the work and giving directions to the workers. I also want to mention that we were very impressed with the workers, they had different crews for different trades, and all of them were really clean, professional and cordial. We love our new town house and we are very happy that we chose them.

What an amazing experience we had with the team of Spazio LA! My wife and I bought a house 8 months ago in Sfv, foreclosure, old and ugly, but we saw potential in it so we went for it. We did not know what to do, where to start and who to hire. We did some research and after interviewing several contractors, we came across Spazio LA by a friend who recommended them to us. Different from the other companies we interviewed, Spazio LA are a full design build firm, so they pretty much did everything for us, from the architectural plans, interior design and the actual remodeling. They pulled the permits for us and basically ran the show from beginning to end. This was a huge relief because my wife and I are super busy during the week. I cannot say enough great things about Essi and David and the entire crew from Spazio LA. They had great energy from the get go, listened to all of our wishes and concerns and came up with an amazing game plan to remodel the entire house. The architectural plans with the permits took about 2 months and they started construction right away. By the time we were ready to start, Essi, the chief designer, had already picked and ordered all the finish materials, so there were no delays in the project. David, the project manager, was on top of all the workers and was really picky with all the final details. The house came out awesome and we will be forever grateful to our new friends form Spazio LA.

First of all I just want to say? what a pleasure to work with such professional company!! From beginning to end, their presentation, punctuality, attention to details and execution, my husband and I are super impressed with Spazio LA designs. We wanted to expand our house to make a larger master bedroom and larger living room, but our existing layout was kind of strange to say the least. Essi (the chief designer) and his assistant came up with an amazing plan to modernize, expand and make it all flow the right way. After 2 months, exactly 2 weeks less than what they promised the completion date was going to be, I cannot describe how happy we are with our new house. Thank you sooo much!

We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Spazio LA?s team. We bought our house in Agoura Hills and wanted to do a lot of changes, our kitchen was small and outdated, the bathrooms really old and the backyard had a lot of potential. My husband and I interviewed several companies but decided to go with Spazio LA. Essi, the chief designer, had amazing ideas and was always listening to us for feedback; he never tried to push his ideas/design concepts and was very patient with us. David, the project manager, was always on top of the project, making sure things were done right and on schedule, he was always reachable and came to our house periodically, they both did as a matter of a fact. We felt that they had a great team of workers and the results are better than expected. I really want to mention that, even though, we always heard that people go over their budget when they do any type of construction, we were really lucky in the sense that they worked with our budget and worked really hard to stay within that budget. We did go over by 6K but that was because I went with more expensive finishes, and I added a couple of changes in the middle of the project. I am recommending Spazio LA to all the people I know, they are great to work with.

So here is our story, we purchased our home at the end of 2010 at the bottom of the market. We knew the house had a lot of potential but we also knew that we had to spend serious money to make it the way we wanted. We waited until last year and got a line of credit since the prices went up so much. Now we were ready but did know not where to start. After interviewing several companies we decided to go with Spazio LA. They presented themselves as the complete package where they were going to do the entire project, from design to architectural plans, since we wanted to expand our master bedroom and living room, to the actual management and construction. Well, after almost five months of intense work, we can definitely say that we made the right choice. Everything went as planned; they were so professional and caring throughout the entire process. They have LOTS of patience for people, I have a hard time making up my mind, and they were great by guiding us in the right direction but never in a pushy way. It was such a pleasure to work with such talented group of people and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

David was great!!! He matched my desires. He's not only an excellent designer. He's a reliable person. He managed the project according to my budget, my house looks amazing.

One of our family members refer us to this company, they had a great experience so we was interested to hire them too. They design the pool aria and all the outdoor, hardscape, BBQ aria. Now our back yard looks like in the movies! We totally love it and will refer them to all people we know. The price was compatible to all other companies that we checked and tis one sounds like one who will do the job!

My wife and I bought a home that needed some serious work. We hired Spazio LA to design and build our main living spaces as well as our backyard. They did an amazing job in understanding our family needs and came up with amazing 3d designs to show us their ideas. We fell in love with their concept and we decided to move forward. The entire project took 6 weeks and I feel so lucky that we choose them. They came to the project every day, even Saturdays. Everything happened exactly the way they described it prior to commencing the project. Our house looks better than we envisioned and our kids enjoy their backyard every day.

After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the 50’s. We didn’t know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an Island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer’s showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio LA for making our home an amazing place for our family.

We did several projects with Spazio LA, we heard so many bad stories about contractors that we wanted to hire a designer build company that will also manage the project. We also wanted to one project first to assess the results and then do all the rest of the things we wanted in the house. We finally did a new open floor kitchen with custom cabinets, a master bedroom and master bathroom, a guest bathroom and an office. First of all I would like to say that my house now looks amazing. I really can?t believe that this is our home. We waited so many years to do these changes and now it finally came true. The crew was amazing and we finished the kitchen on time and on budget. But most importantly, we love the design and craftsmanship of their work; you can tell they build high end homes for a living. My husband and I purchased a town-home four-plex building that was in a really poor condition. We wanted to give the building a better look as well as update all the units. We hired Spazio LA and they came up with a design plan and in almost 4 months they transformed the building, our new tenants are really happy and paying top dollars for rent compared to other units in the area. The town-homes are beautiful and hip, and the craftsmanship is really great. They managed the project flawlessly and the work was performed as promised and on schedule, their work ethics was outstanding and we are definitely going to use them again on our next project.

In the beginning we were so confused but Spazio la team were very patient with us, they provide us with a full detailed 3d design before we started The remodeling, we went step by step on all the small details, they took us to a different places to select all of our finish material until it was perfect. They extended our kitchen and build a beautiful customs cabinet with an amazing countertop we chose, now I have the big island I always dreamed of. They also designed and remodeled our master bathroom and guest bathroom which looks fantastic. Spazio la team were very responsible, they are very creative and they manage the project from start to end at the best way there is. Everything was working according to the schedule they had promised. I would defiantly will hire them again, their performance as designers and project managers is great.
