Terrible. Tried to do work that wasn't necessary. Couldn't even locate the source of the leak. Flat out rude both Jason the manager and the plumber, just clueless.
Description of Work: Find source of leak.

Called on a Friday afternoon for a clogged kitchen sink. The person who answered the call was very courteous and called me back in minutes to let me know they would be at my place in 20min. Victor arrived as promised and took care of the clog in time for dinner. Will call on them again.

My HOA uses them, so I hired them to do a simple replacement of 2 older angle stops and a P-trap on one of my master bathroom sinks. The technician, bluntly speaking, lied about the cost of the parts. They didn't give me an estimate on time. I asked for a breakdown of parts vs. labor, which they didn't provide. I was working from home at the time and busy, and I signed off on the estimate -- which seemed high, but I was told the parts were "expensive" and when I said "how expensive" I was told "VERY expensive. So, without knowing how long it would take, and being told the parts were "very expensive" I signed off on an estimate figuring they were reputable because they were used by my HOA. After the technician left, I looked up the parts. The angle stops were $7.87/each, and so all the parts were less than $50. That means, they essentially charged me $600 for less than one hour's worth of labor. (And the technician spent half the time outside talking the maintenance person at my condo about other things going on with the property.) I called Power Plumbing and talked with someone named Ed who identified himself as the owner. He seemed like a nice guy, and we had a good conversation. He said they don't provide breakdowns of cost vs labor and pointed out I signed off on the estimate. I told him that I did so because I had no idea it was going to take less than an hour and that the parts were in fact, not "very expensive" but actually "very cheap" and that his technician, without being prompted, had outright lied to me. I told him I understood "premium rates for premium service" but had I been told the truth about the cost of the parts I would have never approved $600 for less than 1 hour of labor. He told me he wanted to "make things right" and that he would talk to the technician and get back to me. It's been a month, so I can only conclude he doesn't intend to do anything. I don't want to refute the charge on my credit card because I don't want to get into a "credit situation" and ruin my FICO score, but I am considering taking them to small claims court. They outright lied to me about the cost of the parts. Also, I've spoken to at least one other homeowner who's had a similar situation with them. I'm appealing to my HOA to drop them and I'm considering taking them to small claims court. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE COST OF THE PARTS AND THEY OVERCHARGED ME. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he did nothing to correct the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
