+ 0 moreThey charged us $2000 to replace part of our sewer pipe when in reality it only needed a clean out line. The sewer still backed up 2 weeks later and we called someone else and they cleaned out our line for $180. Miracle Rooter basically robbed us of $2000. They will give you estimates that are ridiculous. Good luck in finding someone else more honest. Hope this review saves someone a disheartening experience we had.
Description of Work: Our experience from them was horrible. We had an emergency with a backed up sewer line and was pressured into paying them. They explained to us that part of the line running out to the main sewer needs to be replaced due to severe blockage. They tried to quote us over $2500 and I found that to be too much and had to talk them down to $2000, (which I felt was still too high). We had an emergency, it was a weekend and we had no choice but to have them get started.
