I spoke to Byron about getting our windows cleaned. It was a fair price, but unfortunately we did not get all the windows cleaned despite having a crew of three people, they missed windows, and also broke a screen. Byron said they would issue a credit, and we were happy to call them again for housecleaning based on their price. However, Byron did not call me back, and then when I called him to check on the appointment, he indicated he could schedule some, but left us hanging at the last minute when we were expecting company. We are sad we couldn't recommend them as a result.

First of all, I liked that they had scrunges and good cleaning supplies to work with. This house was a tough case and I liked that they had the right tools. The one worker was fabulous and used a scrunge to scrub almost everything (taking the surface into consideration, of course). This worker did an excellent job, was hard working and put a lot of effort in. That said, no matter how many times I asked, the other worker was a devout "damp cloth" cleaner, which is useless on an old, dirty house like this. A rag wet with water does not scrub off stains, fingerprints, oily spots or things that are stuck to a surface. The second worker did a very detailed job at some unusual things, however, like cleaning inside the microwave, dusting behind our DVD's in our media cabinet and also cleaning the window sills in the kitchen, which ended up being very helpful. I did most of the wall and door scrubbing and would have liked the second cleaner to help with that (I hate it when I'm doing harder work than one of the cleaners), but overall as a team, I think they did do a top notch job. They also asked if they could spray bleach on the kitchen and bathroom floors (good idea!) which made them look spotless. They also did a great job of vacuuming the sofas. One in particular had collected a lot of cat hair. I'm thrilled.

This cleaning service is great. The work they do is unbelievably good which is saying something because I have a dog. The price is fantastic and their service is wonderful. I really like them.

My experience is always good. They come when they say they will. Mostly they have a crew, but one time they only had one person. Their cleaning is always good. They are pretty thorough. I will continue to use them in the future.
