+ -1 moreMariano Construction is a company I would never again use in the future. The two men actually split up during our remodeling process and one of them was told to not come back on my property. The new people that took over our remodeling was terrible as well. I had initially paid for the plans and it was nothing like I wanted it to be so I asked them to change it. When this company took over I had asked them about the plans and they told me it would be an additional cost. I think I was overcharged a lot. They were disrespectful and one of their employees actually told me to shut up. The company that they subcontracted work out to came out once and then they never came back. Overall, I would give this company straight F's across the board and would caution others against using them. They will overcharge you and make you feel like a dissatisfied customer.
Description of Work: This company turned our one car garage into a sitting room, built an foyer and an double car garage on the front of our home. We enter our home from the garage into the foyer. Our foyer consisted of them putting in large ceramic tiles for me for flooring and the rest of the work they did was mostly putting up drywall and painting it. They built our new garage and foyer from the ground up. They were also responsible for drawing up the remodeling plans for my addition. This job took 2 years when it was supposed to take more like 2 weeks. The entire area was well under a 1,000 square feet so 2 years is just ridiculous.

+ 3 moreI was very pleased with the work that was done. The company made me feel comfortable with my financial decision. They were on time and friendly as well. I thought that the price was reasonable as well. I would recommend this company as well to my family and friends. I saved up all of the money for twelve years to have this work done, even though it was quite costly.
Description of Work: We had an existing patio that is 15 x 21. We made the patio larger by extending the driveway and making it wider. This company laid all new concrete as well. On the patio, four new windows were added, as it was enclosed and needed to be surrounded with the walls and windows. A new roof was also added to the whole construction as well as the house. Our house is about 2,000 square feet. The roofing material that was used was asphalt shingles, and the entire old roof was stripped and replaced. There were light fixtures that were added and about 6 outlets throughout the whole construction.

+ -1 moreThe service was fair and I defiantly had my share of problems. There were a lot of things that were not done correctly and the company had to come back on several occasions to correct it. The work seemed to be done sloppy and I was not very impressed. I think that they could have done better work. I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: We had a patio that is enclosed added to the back of our home. It is about 300 square feet and all of the work was completed by this company. The patio is irregular shaped and there is a wooden structure with glass and screen enclosure. The flooring was of concrete tiles and the electrical included light fixtures a few outlets and wiring throughout the room.

+ -1 moreBASICALLY, I FELT THAT I HAD X AMOUNT OF DOLLARS, AND I HAD A LOT TO DO TO AN OLD HOME. I FELT THAT WHEN I WAS OUT THERE BIDDING FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME A LOT FOR MY MONEY, AND THEY WOULDN'T BE TOO MUCH OF A PERFECTIONIST.
Description of Work: THEY RE-ROOFED AND TEXTURE COATED THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND FREESTANDING GARAGE. THEY ALSO ADDED 185 SQUARE FEET TO OUR HOME. THEY DID BATHROOM PLUMBING BECAUSE THE WATER PIPES BROKE AND PUT IN WINDOWS IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
