They provided excellent service. The owner of the company called and set up a time for the following morning and told me exactly how much it would cost. He called again the next morning to confirm the appointment and asked if it was allright if they could show up a little earlier -which was a nice surprise! The guy was courteous and fixed the problem in no time. I will use them again.

We bought a deal for a $20 lock service call. We called the company to see if they could come out that morning to unlock a bedroom door that was accidentally locked. We told them the deal we had bought and exactly what we needed. The only good thing we can say is that they came out quickly. When the service person got here, our mother-in-law visiting from out of town was the only one home. He charged her another $60 to open the lock, which took no time at all. We called the company back when we got home and told them we expected the $20 to cover the visit. We were not told it would be an additional charge. Also, we told him if we had known that, there were other Angie's List deals for about that same $80 price that included far more: like new locks and keys! They just said, "Next time we will be more clear." We said, "We will not call you next time."

They were great. They showed up right when they said they would and completed the task quickly. They did not try to upsell me convince me I needed other services. One of the fastest and easiest companies to work with.

Just moved into a new home and needed the locks changed. I called Lock Solutions and they told me that it would be cheaper to rekey the locks. They arrived on time, greeted me with such courteousness and completed the job in a quick and professional manner. Actually, the tech that came out repaired one of my locks at no additional cost. Definitely using them again for all my locking needs and will definitely recommend to everyone I know! Thank you Lock Solutions !

Showed up exactly when they said they would, rekeyed 4 locks in about 20 minutes, handed me as many keys as I requested, one even had a graphic. Very nice and professional. Super easy transaction.

They were great. Came out the same day to give me an estimate. Arrived on time. My situation required a creative, custom solution that really needed some thought, expertise and guidance. They designed a great lock and installed in during a time that was convenient to my business, coming out on a Sunday morning. On time! Once here, they suggested an even better solution to the problem which would be significantly more expensive but it is something I will consider once I get the costs in writing. They were honest, reliable and could "think out of the box" - something not easily found these day.
