Description of Work: Excellent work. He is obviously very experienced. I used him because 2 of my other neighbors used him for their work (bathroom, deck), and they gave positive reviews. He did 3 of my decks, remodeled my master bathroom, fixed multiple things here and there, gave great advice on what should be done, and things that do not have to be done. I paid about $20,000 for the 3 decks, and about $15,000 for the master bathroom remodel (it's a big bathroom). The thing I was most impressed by was his knowledge. I had 3 other guys come to look at my deck, and they did not seem as knowledgeable as Dan! He is obviously highly experienced. And his pricing was very reasonable. I would use him again. I highly recommend him with no reservations.
