Absolutely terrible roofing job. Constant late and no shows. Workers urinated in my yard repeatedly despite me complaining to the owner whom did nothing to rectify it. Shoddy work that needed repairs over and over. Poor management. Roofing tear down garbage was left in my alley for over a month. Workers drinking beer while in the job leaving 40 ounce cans in my backyard. Now I have a leak and mold because the workmanship is so terrible. Unethical owner.

Leo Gov is a real pro and his crew that painted and replaced siding were excellent from start to finish. Arrived everyday and finished within 3 days. I was delighted that they painted my security door, mailbox and even the # of my house. They gave me the best quote and thrilled I hired them. I will recommend them and definitely hire for other projects.

LG BUILDERS where should I begin? We shopped around in the early months of my pregnancy and I was beginning to feel as though I would never get my dream nursery in time for our new addition. But they came in like a fairy godmother and delivered. Above and beyond my expectations for our little princess!!!

Remodeling Our experience with LG Builders, Inc. was extremely positive from start to finish. We did a complete remodel of our 3 Bedroom house and we added on 500 square feet. The result is stunning. It was extremely helpful that the architectural vision and the building are all under the same roof. Dylan oversaw the project. Leo is the contractor and license holder and was our initial contact. LG Builders team understood what we wanted in every aspect of the work. When it came time to adjust the contract because of an unforeseen change, Leo and Dylan responded promptly. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend LG Builders.

Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted, and we love it. The process is very easy. LG Builders sends you the actual contractor, Leo, to do the initial consult and get all the details for the estimate. Leo was very knowledgeable! He and Dylan, the project supervisor, were very responsive to our questions and they were meticulous about their work. They handled the job in good timing and took care of some additional problems that came up. I would definitely go back to them with another job. My kitchen looks amazing! They were able to do all the features I wanted.

LG Builders has been fantastic company to work with to remodel our complete garage conversion. From our fist contact, Leo and Dylan have been timely in their responses including the detailed timing plans tgat are kept up to date weekly, selections and pictures of progress and also texting and phone conversations as progress wad being made. Their attention to details in the administration part of the project was only outdone by his crews’ attention to details with the construction and finished work, inside and out. He finished earlier than scheduled while accommodating a lengthy list of additional requests we didn’t include in the original plan. His vision provided insight and suggestions along the way that improved the finished home better than we could have imagined, making the difference between “good” and “wow”. Leo was bery good to work with and positive in understanding our changing desires as we saw the finished project take shape. We are just thrilled with our home and ready feel it would not have been the same result if we had used a different builder. Thank you, Leo and LG Builders!

My kitchen was very outdated and probably the original kitchen from when my house was built in 1965. It was just terrible looking. I mean there was even paneling on the walls. I contacted LG Builders and they set someone over to my house to go over my kitchen and work with me to design a new kitchen. The kitchen in my house was gloomy looking and there wasn't much counter space. After working with Leo and Dylan, we put together exactly what I wanted. In fact, because there is a lot of kitchen space, I could get an island, as well. The guys who worked in my kitchen worked professionally, proficiently and were courteous. Everyone was very pleasant and made me feel I made a good decision. The kitchen remodeling decision was well worth it once it was finished. I cannot even believe this is the same room. It came out beautiful and is very modern looking. There is so much more cabinet and counter space. I love it! Thank you, LG Builders, so much! I cannot wait to have my next dinner party.
