Description of Work: Lankershim was called on Sunday evening because we had lost our house key. I called several locksmiths and he was the only one to return my call promptly and came immediately. He was very professional and efficient.

 + -1 moreIt was an excellent experience. They were on time, did the work quickly, were very friendly, and very knowledgeable about old locks. The price was more than reasonable for the high level of service I received. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: They fixed a door lock in my house that I had accidentally broken. It is an antique lock and I was concerned they wouldn't be able to fix it as I've had some trouble in the past finding someone who knew anything about these old locks. But they were great.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job of saving me money recommending to re-key the locks versus replace the locks. Both guys did this in a period of 15 minutes. I was surprised of how fast it was. They were also professional and personable. Jeff

 + -1 moreThey were fantastic. They came when they said they would come. They do the locks and keys for my building. I hadn?t had any first hand knowledge of them, but they knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away.
Description of Work: They fixed the front door lock and key that was improperly installed by my dad.
