+ -1 moreRepairman was a couple hours late, but work was performed correctly and efficiently. I priced out same tasks with (2) other A rated companies in the neighboring area . Both quotes were over $500. I've been using KiSo for both personal and business needs through the years and have always been very happy with service and pricing
Description of Work: Repaired garage door- replaced broken overhead spring and added 3 horizontal struts and verticals reinforcement.

+ -1 moreI contacted a different garage door repair group, but they gave Kiso my number because the other outfit's service area is south of my building. James from Kiso came out the same day and looked at the garage doors that needed to be replaced. James told me he would have a quote after the weekend. A week went by so I emailed Kiso and didn't receive a response. I called again and James picked up. He promised to send a quote later that day, but I never heard from him again. Disappointing.
