Very happy with John and am planning on him replacing four old windows. While he is an excellent painting contractor, he is also a licensed and insured general contractor. He was able to do may things beyond just painting the house. All his crew were excellent as well and have been with him 15-20 years. A great find for me!

JOHN RAASCH was recommended by my roofer for some waterproofing work (water intrusion problem). Called him on Monday, 09/12/2011 and left message. He finally returned my call on Wednesday, 09/14/2011 and said he would come by on Saturday, 09/17/2011 to give me an estimate...but said he needed to call me on Thursday or Friday to let me know what time. He did not call Thursday or Friday. I then called him on Saturday, 09/17/2011 (the day he was supposed to give me an estimate) and was unable to reach him directly, so I left a message. He has never returned my call. ++++++++ Note: I am changing the grade to N/A for the moment as I have called again and have a meeting with him tomorrow 10/06/2011... I will follow up afterwards.
