They very promptly came. They dealt with the flood adequately. But..... They took an area rug "to be cleaned". We never saw it again. They boxed up her China cabinet's contents... I am guessing they charge by the box because we literally had boxes with three items in them (ultimately we all pay for that). There must've been 50 boxes from the one China cabinet!!! They wanted to take them to storage (and charge for that I am sure) even though my mom had a new house ready to move into just ten miles away. When all was said and done, her area rug was "lost". They agreed holding back $400 from the final payment as recompense. Six YEARS later we hear from them- sort of- via collection agency. Threatening a Bad Credit Score. My mother has lived with me for four years, and has a listed phone number (and a very unique last name- the only one in the LA area). They never tried to contact her and my attempt to contact this company was met with "the person who handles this isn't here today" and :::crickets:::: So they came out promptly, have bilking your insurance co down pat, and sent my 91 year old mom to collections. I would not use them again even though they adequately did the job they were hired for- deal with a flood. Can't find final bill but she held back $400 so would guess it was in the thousands.
