He was really good. He did a great job.

The refinishing ultimately came out well. He attended to any of the problems that we had. When there were some things we weren't satisfied with, he made sure his guys finished it to our expectations. His fees were within the range of what everyone seemed to be charging.

We contacted Hollywood Refinishing for the refinishing of our bedroom and bathroom cabinets in July 2011. We originally hired another contractor with whom we terminated services with about 4 days into the job. Tarwat, the owner of Hollywood Refinishing, immediately came out to look at our "already started" project and assured us he would be able to make our cabinets look beautiful, despite the horrendous job that was already started by the other company. The crew he sent out were extremely polite, efficient, and did an excellent job with the prep work. They truly cared about the job and took great pride in their work. True to his word, Tarwat and his crew did an amazing job and created a beautiful custom stain that matched our existing furniture, that transformed our light maple cabinets into a gorgeous mahogany color. We have received numerous compliments and people can not believe that the cabinets were refinished as they truly look to be custom built. I highly recommend Hollywood Refinishing and have given referrals to anyone that may be interested in refinishing. I look forward to having Tarwat and his team out again to refinish my stairway and hall cabinets very soon.

They came on time and finished the job before the promised date. They did beautiful work and were clean. The crew was nice and easy to work with. We had cheaper quotes but we like this company. They got lost one day but still finished the work early.

Overall experience was great. I got what I wanted, on time and on budget.

I loved my 3-piece vanity from Polar Design. It was extremely functional and was an expensive piece of furniture but it's black lacquer finish looked dated. It's a tricky finish to deal with and I knew I needed a professional and that it needed to be sprayed. I couldn't find anyone who would agree to do it. They were all scared and also said the dark red color I wanted was ''too tricky.'' I called Hollywood Refinishing from a pamphlet I had gotten. I was apprehensive but had no more options so thought I would give them a try. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED. They picked up and delivered and installed. They perfectly matched the color I wanted and added bun feet as I asked. It wasn't cheap, but I have a beautiful and uniquely redesigned piece of furniture and I am so happy with it.
