Description of Work: They came, dusted, vacuumed and mopped the floors, washed the inside of the windows. They cleaned the inside of the fridge, but they don't clean inside of the oven.

Description of Work: 2 women and 1 guy came, he was working with one hand and on the phone with the other, slopy work, had to ask them to remove the hair from the drain after they were ready to leave, bathroom not much better than before. to clean the floors they dragged dirty mop over floors, and rinsed it out in the bathroom sink, and when they left there was a dirty film on the floors. there was still pet hair on all the floors, the run in the bedroom was not well done either
