The G&J team were not only highly efficient and thorough but extremely nice and professional. They were open to feedback on the spot to ensure that everything was left the way we wanted it. They provided a crew of 3 and were done within less than 2 hours - which for a 3 bed/3bath and balcony I found to be super efficient. The best part of all is that they are very reliable and you can count on them to reply via text/email/phone call within minutes to book your appointment. I would highly recommend the G&J team and will continue to use their services.

The threw of them took an hour--standard for my type of place really. But they were worked well and efficiently. And for a good rate.

Unfortunately there were a series of mishaps that resulted in the team arriving many hours early, while the movers were still working. This situation meant that the work couldn't be accomplished in any way as thoroughly or quickly as I had planned. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned fairly well, but everything else got what my Mom used to call "a lick and a promise". I ended up running the vacuum cleaner around and wiped down corners and baseboards after they'd gone, and the refrigerator was left dirty. Thank goodness I'd already cleaned the oven myself a few days earlier. Let me say that I like these folks and truly wish them well. I expect that if they had been able to arrive at the time we'd originally scheduled, that the work would have been completed satisfactorily. I wish that they had been able to honor the original agreement; they did their best, I know, but as it happened, I was disappointed in the result.

AWESOME! I am a single professional female, who's always dreamed of having someone to help with the cleaning (at least) once a month, but never thought it affordable... NOT ANYMORE!! They answered my call, fit me into one of their busiest days, and performed exactly as I'd hoped! They are fast, diligent and professional. I will definitely continue to use them monthly, if not more! Thanks G & J... you made my cleaning dreams come truuuuue! (haha)

I really needed help after a kitchen remodel left a layer of dust and debris all over my one-bedroom apartment with hard wood floors and loads of built-ins. They were able to get to me within 2 days of calling and were even able to arrive early on the scheduled day!! They sent 3 people who all did a fantastic job in about 2 hours! I would definitely use their services again!

Cleaned everything from our kitchen to our bathrooms. Did a great job as it had been a long time since they had been throughly cleaned. They worked for over three hours to make sure everything was as clean as it could be.

Very detailed oriented. Efficient and quick. I'd highly recommend them coming to clean for you. And also very courteous and well mannered.

I called to schedule an appointment with G&J for housecleaning, having purchased a voucher from Living Social. The gentleman I spoke to asked if I wanted the cleaning before or after Christmas. I said before, and he then offered me an appointment for this coming Sunday. Great! I booked the appointment. I told him that I had a voucher from Living Social at which point he informed me that the voucher was NO GOOD for services on Sundays. I let him know that NOWHERE in the fine print of the voucher (and there's a lot of fine print) did it say that Sunday's were excluded, and I pointed out that he had chosen Sunday for the appointment. He said that they would not honor the voucher on a Sunday and that there were no other appointments available till after the holidays, and that my only recourse was to go back to Living Social for a refund. Ironically, he said that they don't make a lot of money on the vouchers as they are only a way of bringing in new customers and that's why they don't honor the vouchers for work on Sunday. If this is their strategy for bringing in new customers, they may need to rethink it! They've definitely lost a new customer here.

I was thrilled when they were done. I would definitely have them again. Because they are good and very reasonably priced and very hard workers. I've paid alot more at times and been less satisfied. I am going to recommend them to my mother for her apartment. The only problem was they were very late and did not call. But they came to the door anyway and that took a lot of courage and asked if I would still allow them to do the job. He was very apologetic and had good reason why they were so late and why he was not able to call. My only suggestion would be that they carry a secondary phone in case. All and all I was very very happy with their service.

The owner was really nice and respectful, he booked us right away and the price was good. They were done in record time. He thought it could be 4-5 hours; they got here at 10:30 and were done well before the expected time. The owner came out with two women from his crew. They did a really nice job.

It went excellent. They were very thorough. They double checked each other's work to make sure that everything was cleaned properly. I would probably use them again.

I would never use this company again. The man on the phone made me feel like I was cheating the company and the cleaning ladies by using them with this offer. He mentioned the cleaning ladies get about $5 from the visit and they made $14 or so on the entire purchase. I had to provide the pine sol to clean my floors, they didn't have a real mop, just a mop stick with a towel used for the whole house. They started somewhere between 2:30 and 2:45 and stopped at approx. 4:45 and 5:00. The man tried to charge me for 20-30 minutes more because he said they started at 1:45. The ladies and two people in my family who were hear confirmed they did not even arrive until after 2:15. After arguing for 5-10 minutes the man hung up on me. The ladies were great....the company is terrible.

Their customer service is excellent. Before it got started they had someone walk through the house making sure everything I wanted done got accomplished. They did a lot of things that not everyone thinks of doing without having to ask. They cleaned blinds, wiped down baseboard, they also cleaned the closets as well.

The first time was truly miraculous. They had achieved things our previous cleansers did not. Stains, spots were removed that weren't before. Really good people.

I scheduled an appointment with this cleaning service company about 2 weeks in advance. I accommodated their request for early arrival, although it was not convenient for me since I have a 10-month old baby. I scheduled all my day around taking into consideration their service. On the day of service nobody showed up. I called 1.5 hours later to find out that they had a wrong number and a wrong address which was very odd since I repeated my number and spelled the address several times. Manager who was scheduling an appointment even spelled it back to me. He apologized for inconvenience and asked for half an hour to resolve the problem. Of course, he didn't call back and he did not pick up the phone when I called back. Awful service that I would not recommend to anyone.

They did a great job and I was very impressed. They actually did more than what I expected. They did top to bottom, corner to corner and left the house sparkling and spotless.
