It was great. Kenny Jenkins and his staff Juan, worked hard and did an excellent job. The City Inspector cleared the Permit with no problems. He said the job was well done. I would definitely hire and refer First Though Plumbing again and anytime.

Completely re-routed all the plumbing for my house. After sewage backup we found 2 bellies in the line and clogs - First Thought came up with a plan and knew exactly what to do - they double and triple checked their work and were kind and courteous the whole time while explaining every step along the way (even with pictures and camera video) - Will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. No more plumbing concerns here!

First Thought Plumbing (owner Kenny and his assistant) were on time, courteous and thorough in cleaning the drains. They took video of the drain, both before and after, and sent it to me. Their equipment looked clean and well-maintained. They were patient and clear in answering my questions. Overall, they were great!

The Guys from First Thought Plumbing were AWESOME!! I had been having issues with the water pressure at my house , and was getting very little water out of all my fixtures. I knew that my house was in need of a re-piped for quite awhile, but i had been putting it off in fear of how expensive it would be. Kenny from First Thought Plumbing explained to me what was going on with my plumbing and that i definitely needed to re-pipe my house he explained that my galvanize pipes were constricted due to calcium building up in the pipes from over the many years. Kenny quoted me $5900 to re-pipe my house wow what a deal , not alot to pay for piece of mind. I have to say Kenny and the guys from First Thought Plumbing are very professional, very knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable! My plumbing problems are gone, but most of all my wife is extremely happy with the work that was done! Thank you First Thought Plumbing , i will definitely call you for all my future Plumbing problems.

First thought plumbing did an outstanding job. they were polite, punctual, honest and professional. The work completed was high quality and they were more than reasonable on pricing compare to other companies who wanted to charge me much more for the same job. i highly recommend them and I wish I could leave them more stars.
