First Source did a great job with mold remediation after flood. Edi and his assistant went above and beyond what I was expecting. Price was in line with other bids. I hope I don’t have to but I would hire them again.

Carla and her team were completely professional. As soon as they started the work, they kept us informed about everything, dealt with the landlord regarding the extent of damage and the money. Basically, they came into a very stressful situation and alleviated all of the stress. Their goal was to get the job complete quickly, accurately, and up to our standards. They went over and above in their work ethic and customer service.

They re quick to do the work and the results were released within 24 hours

Very professional and efficient

We are happy with the work done in our furnace/hvac closet where mold was discovered prior to installation of a new hvac unit. The service was quick, thorough, and professional. The workers and Oscar were helpful and thoughtful and friendly. We hired them after the source offered by the hvac people was WAY overpriced and we had to investigate other options. We made a good decision.

The AFTER follow up was more than expected...my client exceedingly pleased....and it makes ME look so good. Really great company Oscar knows the business..I have already recommended them to other property management companies in town.
