Overall, the experience was great. I had purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List. They were very professional and thorough. I'm happy with their services. The bid that they came back with was a bit high, but it was a good company to deal with.

I called Anthony DeLuca and told him that a handyman I had hired, could not do the required work and I was a bit uncomfortable with him not being a pro electrician. I had used Anthony previously for another issue and he was fantastic!! This was my second time hiring him and City Lights. Anthony told me that he was ill at the time and that he would have his partner come over on Saturday and take care of things. He assured me that his partner was a pro and expert at troubleshooting. Well, he was all that and more!!! He was as nice as he was professional!! He checked everything and installed the outlets in 2 hours and that ended my problem. I can't say enough about Anthony and City Lights. Without a doubt...when i have electrical to do they are the one's that I'll call. No one else gets considered. Period.

I called Anthony and he said that he was in the area and would come have a look at it by noon. I spoke with him again around 1:00pm and was told he could not make it but would send another worker to look at it. This electrician arrived at 3:00pm, diagnosed the problem, left to get a part, was back in 30 minutes and had the job done by 4:15pm. I could have not asked for anything more. Great job - Thank you!

I called Anthony and he answered the phone on a Saturday. I told him the problem and said it was a bit of an emergency since about 2/3 of my condo was without power. He said he could be there in 2 hours. He showed up when he said he would and immediately went to work on the problem. He narrowed it down to some specific wires and traced the problem through 12 different outlets in my condo and finally found the problem and fixed it. He was totally professional I could just sense that this is someone who knows what they're doing. Anthony is now my electrician should i have other issues to deal with! He was cordial and friendly and yet very knowledgeable about what he was doing. All this and the fact that I called him on short notice on a Saturday when he was expecting guests for a party!! That is above and beyond in my opinion! No doubt, I recommend him and City Lights highly!!!!

Anthony returned my call promptly. He came on time and sent a reasonable quote via email quickly. He performed all the work in a careful, thorough manner. He was a pleasure to work with. However, a friend to whom we referred him did not fare so well. Calls were not promptly returned, and when she finally spoke to him, he said he was too busy and referred her to someone else. We were disappointed.

Problem solved and fixed the issue. While educating me along the way. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Anthony is a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time, explained everything to me and finished the job in a timely manner.

Anthony was very professional from start to finish. His price was reasonable and he did the patching and repainting of all of the holes he needed to make. I spoke to a number of other electricians who told me they would have to take out huge chunks of ceiling and wall and we would have to repair them. Anthony did the job without cutting major holes and did a great job cleaning it all up.

I was referred to City Lights by a friend. I called and left a voice mail which was promptly returned by Anthony. We scheduled an appointment and he was right on time. Anthony was very professional, polite and courteous. I outlined the areas of concern and he made notes as we toured the house. I am a first time homeowner and asked many questions. Anthony was very patient with my lack of knowledge and explained everything to my satisfaction. At the end of our meeting, he gave me a verbal quote and said he would put together a formal quote and send it to me. I received the quote in a timely manner and authorized the services. Anthony arrived on time and went about his business while I went about mine. At one point, I asked him to install another outlet in the master bedroom, which was not in the scope of the work I had previously asked him to do. He inspected it, provided me with his analysis and then added it on to the job with no trouble at all. Anthony was very careful when it came to cutting the drywall and did as little damage as possible. He is very conscientious about his work and keeping your home neat at the same time. He completed the work in less than a day. The next task was for him to pull the wires and check for grounding. He had advised me that he would bring another worker with him to assist during this process. His quote was also reasonable for this job. During the process of pulling the wires Anthony discovered less than stellar electrical work as the went through the house. He advised me that it would be best to rewire the house to bring it up to code and avoid safety issues. He also advised that certain areas of the house were fine. I appreciated his honesty and that he wasn't going to redo work that was already up to standards. Anthony and his coworker were very professional. I was present a few times during the process and both were courteous, tidy and professional. I was comfortable enough to give Anthony a set of keys so he could work without me being there. I was very pleased with the work and while I wasn't prepared to spend quite so much on electrical work, but I will sleep better knowing that Anthony got everything up to code and removed any safety issues. I will definitely call him again when I remodel the kitchen. I highly recommend his services.

Anthony Deluca was more than reasonable in price and he was fast and efficient and trustworthy. I will most definitely be using him for all my electrical work.

His price was more than fair and he was extremely pleasent and as he left he reassured me that he always stands by his work should anything ever go wrong. I wish every worker I had in my home was as professional and fair.

When he came to the house the first thing he did was take a full tour so he knew the full extent of the job before starting. It was him and one other person working the job only. When they came everyday they did not sit around but worked and work hard. From the first day they made sure that when they left for the day the houses power was such that we could sit and enjoy our house i.e. having it least one light on, having power for the refrigerator, and even caring if we had power for the TV. And on the last day he worked until after 8pm finishing up lights that had problems. Also because of the age of the house the placement of both plugs and switches he was just rewiring was not up to code which he spent two days worrying about for us until the building inspector oked them because of the age of the house. He was also very nice, polite, and willing to answer questions at all times when he was working the job.
