 + -1 moreI felt good going in, but it was disappointing compared to how good their first impression was. I would have felt alot better about them if the price was lower than what it is. I just wasn't that into them.

 + -1 moreThey were very flexible and worked with us on the pricing. They typically gave you a program where they came out once a month for a year or six months. We weren't interested in that. We only wanted to make sure we had it under control through the summer. They were very flexible about that and we appreciated it. Our experience with them was very good. I thought their price was good. We would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Cats USA Pest Control sprayed only the outside for spiders and cockroaches. We also got a plan from them where they would come out two additional times.

 + -1 moreI have Cats come out about once every four months. They do a super job. The prices are very good. They are very careful when they come out to spray. They make sure to call before they come out. They call and have me check on a whole list of pests so that they get it right the first time. I have used them for about twenty three years.

 + -1 moreNO MORE RATS!!!!! I'm very pleased with the service and the technician was courteous and clean. Price was very reasonable as well.
Description of Work: Had them set traps for rats as well as spray around our house for insects. Initial consultation was very smooth and I got lots of good suggestions on how to prevent the rodents from getting into my house. Once the traps were set, they returned every other day to check and reset traps.

 + -1 moreOnce we sealed the holes and began baiting there have been no more problems that we are aware of in or under the house. There is little evidence that they are around the house either. I get a call the day before our bait stations are going to be serviced, so we will not be surprised when the Cat's rep walks around our house.
Description of Work: When I had a major rat problem (I live in the woods) I began looking for someone who could help me. I realized that the Cat's people who were going to do my termite work also could take care of the rats. I called them and arranged for an inspector to come. He came, identified where the rodents were getting into the house, sealed what he could and suggested the repairs we would need to make. We have bait stations around the house now, and he comes once a month to service the bait stations. We live near a stream, and the bait makes them thirsty and they find their way to a water source, the stream probably, since we have had no more problems.

 + -1 moreThey are great! They come back about seven times within the next month and check the traps. They are reasonable and very knowledgeable. I am very thankful for the service!
Description of Work: We had them spray poison for rats and gophers in our attic. They also set traps in our 5500 square foot home.

 + -1 moreThe person that came out was very honest and careful about the work. There was a one time fee of $150 to lay the traps and then its only $30 a month for them to bait the traps monthly. I was very pleased with this company and their pricing. The mice have not been as bad since the traps were laid.
Description of Work: They came out to the house and laid traps throughout my 1800 square foot home for mice. They did bait them as well.
